well admittedly i didnt till i got this ask XD lemme think...

imagine a water inflation scenario with w.rio... maybe he (willingly or unwillingly, whos to say) ends up filling up w/ water from one of the pipes in meropide.... (or... whatever the hell is in those pipes. could be oil for all i know)

anyway i'd imagine it'd take a bit for him to either A) shut off the piping system or B) manage to pull himself free (unlikely due to Belly Full of Water but it could happen with outside help)

looking at his outfit gives me feral thoughts. so many button popping opportunities.... his belt too

my brain is going insane thinking about the aftermath. w.rio is just sat there, big sloshy belly full of water and is just like "..welp! time to sneak back to my office and figure out what to do from here."
