There is a difference between them. The goal is the final destination and the objective is the short and specific steps to reach that destination. For example, in the case of climbing the stairs to the roof, the goal is the roof, and each step of the stairs is the objective. The existence of the goal is in the imagination of people, its implementation is not possible. But the objective is real. People can achieve the objective and even its measurement is possible.
