How to simulate this striking photo in Microsoft Paint

I took a screenshot on my phone when I saw this post by BrightSide and immediately noticed that it states “No Help From Photoshop”. Well duh, it was obviously edited in Microsoft Paint.

So I will share this totally useless, but detailed step-by-step guide to simulate this photo in Paint. (For Windows operating systems only)

Original Photo

  Step1 – Setup canvas Microsoft Paint

Open Paint and draw one perfectly round circle.

Step 2: Body proportions

Start adding the body parts. It is extremely important to be realistic in your proportions, so measure the length of the body, arms and legs against the photo. In this example the photo is extremely busy, therefor I am not wasting my time on the detail of the clothing, but you can.

Step 3 – Duplicate

Select, copy and paste to form two extra bodies.

Step 4: Transparent selection.

Select the final image and be sure that the transparent selection is checked.

Step 5: Refine

This part is crucial. Press and hold down shift on your keyboard while dragging the image int the direction as the photo indicates.

  BOOM!!!! to the T. Done.

Uhm!!!??

  First of all I would like to point out that Clocolan is a real place. One of those little towns that you usually miss when you are on the verge of sneezing while driving. Should you be traveling with a magnifying glass you will spot it between Ficksburg and Ladybrand (two other speckles on the map)

I took this photo in 2018, so it’s not even during a time when we could not buy fake milk to feed babies. Any guesses why farmers of the Free State are obsessed with transforming soda bottles into feeding devices?
