yesterday i did not used youtube for a whole day and i think i was a bit more productive. i binged almost all episodes of read or die [realy great anime 👌] and i even done some things around my room. overall fine day. as i said before, with youtube i need to focus more bcuz i want to actually get most of what is in a video but honestly, i came to the conclusion that i don't realy need to watch it for a whole day. i get enough entertainment from things around me..

and i finished mobile suit gundam 0083 with my bf.

excited bcuz tomorrow i won't be using youtube for a whole day. what am i gonna do? i would love to continue reading that book i started some time ago. and probably watch that anime i have saved a long time ago. and if it comes to what i watch on youtube then it's mostly realy long videos.. there ain't many of them but they do be long and i also wanna pay attention to what am watching so i try to not do any stuff in background, just a game that doesn't require much focus. but yep, am gonna have a day off and honestly if that will be a case that shitty ai that youtube forces on us will classify me as not up to age to use youtube then am not going to upload my id there bcuz i bet that someone will get very angry and hack youtube and i do not wish to be one of victims. and i also just think it's fucked up to upload your id to website that shouldn't be even asking about that in first place. it's enough that our private info is being exploited anyways. i don't want to feed them more. i won't delete my channel tho. i will just find an alternative. bilut in meantime am gonna have a fine day tomorrow..

Just today I got to see a chess book that I remember reading as a little kid. While it didn't give me a lifelong passion for chess, it did give me a lifelong passion for fantasy for its artwork.

The book is "Chess for Young Beginners" from 1975, and here's some of the artwork:

Like, this artwork goes hard. I especially appreciate the colour scheme for the black pieces, with its browns, bronzes, reds and oranges.

This artwork is amazing, evocative, exciting and dramatic. I recommend giving it a look if you have a chance - you can probably scrounge up a PDF of this thing with a bit of searching.

i sadly have not bought it, that was a time when i still worked 13h at restaurant and i simply forgot until it was too late.. but no worries, i am still thinking of this game and plan to try it since now i have much more time and i am over with neglecting my handhelds..

from time to time i like to visit eshop [while it still "exists"] and seeing some games on sale or available demos. stumbled upon this thing. trying it out while creating this post.. mechanics like in persona games with map making and combat system.. of course because it's atlus game Dx

i think i might consider buying it since it's on sale now. title is etrian odyssey untold: the millenium girl.
