Hello everyone!

Thank you for all your submissions and love! We’ve compiled each submission for the Character Love Project into a single book and sent a physical copy to Cheritz staff. We’ve taken this video flipping through a digital version of the book to show you all the culmination of your hard work!

Anyone who sent in a submission before the deadline was included in this book. As you watch the video, look out for your tumblr url or name at the end of your translated letter or piece of art! Be aware that certain pieces may not have been translated so as not to lose the intended original message! Thank you all for such amazing submissions, we have watched you all work so hard for the past months, and we are very happy with the results!

Thank you again for supporting this project and participating! We will see you all soon hopefully with more fun projects to appreciate Cheritz and Mystic Messenger in the future!

Thank you Cheritz

Thank you for Saeran Choi, for making him feel realistic. For showing the sides of him that deprived from the environment and situtations he was in, making him understandable, scary, loveable all at the same time. Thank you for showing what is wrong and right in a relationship. He is such a complex character, and I Iove him deeply. When he first appeared on the prologue he had immeadetly caught my attention with his mysterious and intruguing aura. Then in the Secret Endings where his backstory got revealed, I felt really bad for him. Partially it explained why he was the way he was in the story. Then I managed to get into Another Story and he got a complete hold of my heart and mind. Thank you for this hard to explain, loveable, fearsome character. @thankyoucheritz

tbh i didn’t know about mystic messenger ( actually i knew about it but i never paid attention ) until february this year, when i finally downloaded the app. i was lost during my first day of playing, but as the days go by, i finally got the hang of it. i immediately fell in love with saeyoung ( even more when i played his route ) but jihyun really struck me.

he’s kind and selfless, always willing to sacrifice for the Greater Good™—which is sort of me in a nutshell. ( but like one of these days i’ll have to force him to rest lmao he has done much )

and so i say this: thank you, cheritz, for giving us life lessons through him. thank you for creating this big ball of sunshine and love. through him, we will learn to love ourselves, and we will learn that it is sometimes okay to relax and do something for yourself once in a while.

This Christmas there will be my 2nd year anniversary with Saeyoung, yayy! All this time and I am still proud to have him in my heart ♡ I loved his sense of humour from the first second but I was scared to do his route at first because he was the favourite character of everyone and they said it was a route really difficult to complete. Will he like me, I thought? But as I progressed on his route I only got more and more comfortable, I enjoyed each chat and dedicated all my time to it (and I waited untill a school break to do that). He seemed to understand me better than an AI should have been to and just like that we’ve been through hell and back, but I would do it again for him, and again after that if needed. I got the good ending on a first try, and cried warm tears because of the secret endings. After the Valentine’s Day special was released, I worked hard with my poor sewing skills to do a Seven plushie for myself and I put so much love into that. I sleep with it close every night and think about how my Universe might collide in a strange, unexpected way with his. I am so happy to simply think about Saeyoung and I thank you, Cheritz, for that. I will keep jumping on stars, aiming higher and who knows what I might find there. Keep on dreaming and creating, dear Cheritz! ♡♡ - MC Bubu

Dear Cheritz, Before playing this game I never thought of loving someone this much. I think it was “love at first sight” with the character 707. I really loved his humor in casual route and I loved him more playing the deep route. I really loved his backstory,his relationship mutation and love and devotion for his brother Saeran. I really love his route,everytime I entered a chatroom I always hoped of speaking with him with that funny song in the background. I don’t know if the reset teory is real or not but everytime I was in a different route I’ve always been scared of breaking his heart and it was so painful ignoring him or his jokes. Sorry,I’m not good with words but I really love this character, I love everything of him altought he isn’t real. So thank you Cheritz for blessed my life with this amazing character. Message (252 word count): Thank you Cheritz for creating ZEN. Even though he’s just a character, ZEN reminded me of what real love is like.

Being a single 30-plus-year-old girl, I’m often pressured to settle down. Once, I dated a guy who was sweet at first but started abusing me verbally. Through his route, ZEN reminded me that when love is real, it waits and that there is respect and understanding between partners - even though there is “the Beast”, you do what is best for both of you and you do things when both of you are ready.

After that relationship, there were also times when I felt worthless - maybe because I am “old” and not so pretty. Through his words and encouragement, ZEN also reminded me of my worth as a woman and as a person. Through the calls in his route, he gave back my confidence. He made me realize that even though, I might not be a model (like EchoGirl), I am worthy of love and that some day, someone will see me for who I am and still love me for it.

Thank you Cheritz for sending ZEN the Knight into my life. In his own way, he fought the dragons that were scaring me and saved me from my tower. I am happier now thanks to you and ZEN. :)

Hello Cheritz! I wanted to thank you for creating Rika. I hope you all are doing ok after what you must have gone through for creating her character. I'll send you love! I know that, even all the actions she's done, she's still a good person. I truly believe in her and I hope to meet her again soon, in a route maybe☆. I want to thank her for creating the RFA and let us meet the other characters as well! I love the Mint Eye side too, don't misunderstand me. It was her birthday recently, and if maybe she doesn't like celebrating it, I want to wish her a belated happy birthday! She must have suffered a lot in the past, which is something I can relate to. I hope she'll get the help and love she deserves someday. Thank you!

Thank You Cheritz For Saeran

Hello, Cheritz!! I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for creating the amazing character Saeran. What can I say about him? I love him, I love all his alters, from the most toxic and abusive to the kindest child Saeran. I can relate to his Unknown persona so much, which is what made me fell for him in the first place. Other than this, he's helped me alot through the past year as well.  It's thanks to him if I was able to find which is what I call my passion and what I want to do in my life: drawing. Drawing, drawing.. just that. I was hopeless, I had no dreams and all I could think of was how pointless my life was. But after drawing a bad, and maybe stupid too, drawing of my favorite boy, Saeran, I understood what's my place in this world. I'm now attending art school and I couldn't be happier. If it wasn't for Saeran I don't know where I would have been now. Thank you for creating him, he saved my life. I'll be forever grateful to you, Cheritz. I'm sorry I don't have a drawing to show you, but art school kind of took me all of my time. Still, thank you. Ton of love from Italy! 💜

Thank you Cheritz for blessing my life with Zen!

What can I say? Zen has been an absolute inspiration to me, he makes me feel reassured whenever I listen to his phonecalls. I can without a doubt relate to everything Zen has gone through, and it makes me feel somewhat better knowing that I'm not alone because he'll be there to comfort me. I too aspire to be a theatre actress just like him so whenever he brought up anything related to theatre I was overjoyed and couldn't help but have a huge grin on my face! I was always pressured into thinking that I would never make it in that business but Zen taught me to never give up. Another thing that drew me to Zen was the way he reassured me to be confident as I always felt uncomfortable with my looks ever since I was a kid, but when I talk with him he makes me feel beautiful. So thank you for creating Zen & making my life less duller with him.

I really admired him and wanted to save him

and through his route, when I got to know him better I was surprised that he is just like me

Okay, I almost forgot to do this again so it’s a little rushed hehehee… This is my entry for the @thankyoucheritz project of this year! I don’t know if it’s okay to do so much, I wanted to make less pages but I didn’t know how to TnT so I left it like that… If you can’t use it, no problem, at least I had fun doing it! haha! Obviously, my entry is to thank Saeyoung! I didn’t add a lot of reasons to thank him, but I hope this little comic can convey my feelings well lololol
