Things neurotypical people do that confuse me.
They’ll say “it’s time to go” so I go outside and stand by the car… I wait….. no one else comes outside.
I go back inside and see that they are still talking to someone, haven’t put their shoes on, decide it’s time to cook a four course meal, etc.
Like… you said it was time to go…. Why are we not going????

The conversations with Sovereign and Vigil are still the best moments in Mass Effect 1. Sovereign is the first time you really get a sense of just how terrifying of a threat the Reapers are. And Vigil just gives this sense of awe, I suppose. You're talking to the last remnant of a dead civilization. A civilization who, in their last act of defiance, attempted to give the next civilization more of a chance than they had. It's a powerful moment

Saren is such a creature. I love writing him. What do you mean he's both a victim and a villain. He's brainwashed and tortured. He's racist and brutal. He's either 40 or 70 years old. He's got a snatched waist and a robotic arm and he can do space magic. He's both psychotic and violently insane and unemotionally cold and calculating at the same time. He murders his most plausible love interest ten seconds after appearing on screen for the first time. What a character. I love writing him so much.
