What’s for lunch? 😋 I bought a new cookbook to learn more and get inspired for Einar’s meals. So far he has loved everything his mamma makes (he especially loves potatoes with vegetables and salmon), but I want to broaden my repertoire and keep him curious with new flavours. I’m so glad he enjoys food because I want to set us up for a future of happy family mealtimes. To me, those moments around the table together are the best ones! We have put our apartment for sale and already had the first few viewings which is both exciting and also a bit sad I guess because I have loved living here and making it our home.
