Mate, you don't have DID, you're 100% mentally ill, I've seen it firsthand, but what you don't have DID, you have dissociative amnesia and strong mood episodes. DID is REAL, but you're a pathological liar who uses their OCs as crutches to act terribly to people. You went to a psychologist, they told you that you don't have dissociative identity disorder, and yet you persist.
You DO have severe trauma, and you DO have amnesia, and you DO have severe mood episodes, but you're incorrect with your self DX. You used the idea that you were more than one person to shelf the blame, you used it for sympathy, and for attention.
You clearly like roleplaying, you just like roleplay, and that's okay, you're not LITERALLY the characters you make. It's okay to just roleplay.
Please do not do this anymore, seek professional help. There are people who care about you, but this is very very very unhealthy.

looking into osdd to see if i have it, if you’re willing to give advice(no pressure), is there anything specific i should be looking for or focusing on? i really don’t know a lot about it so i’m just goin round asking people who look like they know what they’re doin -G
i recommend meditation and symptom tracking. if you think you have alters you can use apps like octocon (android, ios has yet to release) or simply plural (ios and android) journaling is also helpful.
i also recommend doing research: this is a google doc with links
also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO ONTO DISBOARD TO FIND SYSTEM SERVERS. it seems tempting but please wait until you have a handle on your system as they can be very gatekeepy, if you want to interact with more systems tumblr is usually tamer and i like the r/did and r/osdd reddits.
there are some servers i know which are nice and wont gatekeep things much:

Reminder that DID, like every mental illness, is on a very wide spectrum. There's such a strange emphasis in the community on stuff being a "DID thing" vs an "OSDD thing" or it's "P-DID actually". People get wrapped up trying to catagorize themselves when it really actually has no tangible benefit to you. Therapists make the distinction to formulate their therapy approach, but to you, the system, it makes no difference. Going "oh but I just have OSDD not DID" does nothing to help you cope, recover, or process your symptoms. Your symptoms are your symptoms regardless of if they're following these arbitrary lines in the sand. You and your system should be focused on healing, not on what checkbox in a book you fit best.
