hot take anti endos shouldn't use simplyplural or pluralkit :) (the word plural is literally in reference to non traumagenics) (both mentioned resources are endo friendly/created by endos) (there are reasources made by anti endos for traumagenics literally fuck off onto those) (making guide posts for either resource and tagging it as anti endo is disrespectful as hell!)

Is there a genic term that's like a constant but slow addition of new headmates? Like, not bombogenic or addgenic, those don't fit.

Like a term that is a slow increase, steady. Headmates that form overtime and may take days to weeks to fully form. New headmates could appear daily or once a week. The increase doesn't stop for long periods of time, in fact, it may never stop and headmates always form.

Or am I just gonna have to make it. ?

it can be so important for you to be a little bit cringe.

being comfortable with neopronouns, having weird sources, going by object names, having anime introjects, having atypical headspaces, being just fine with being plural in every which way
