LAITO SAKAMAKI FASHION STYLE

Yes, we’re talking about the dude who went to school with a Fedora on…

Putting that aside (for my own welfare), I think Laito would be the type of guy to take risks with his style. I really don’t think he dresses like the typical tote-bagged french boy some headcanon him to do, but rather dresses like a pimp (fitting to his personality, honestly 💀)

You can see bits of animal print specked between his clothes… whether it’s on his blouse, a scarf, a blazer, or even in his underwear (after all, what could be more risqué than a lil leopard print peaking over the waist of his pants?)

Mostly wears button up shirts, which he never even bothers to button correctly, so his chest is uncovered most of the time (in a really chic way tho!)

Lots of sheer fabric, lace and see through blouses. He is comfortable with his body, after all, and the transparencies in his clothes allow him to play with expectations without revealing it all right away, giving him a sexy-yet not vulgar-look

You will never see Laito with no jewelry on. It’s what puts together his looks, after all! Pearl necklaces, dainty golden chains with lockets gifted from his past lovers (some of them even have their inicials written on! He fails to remember their names whatsoever), asymmetrical dangling earrings; and his favorite: a bunch of rings he has colected over the years. They’re all engagement rings which belonged to past sacrificial brides. After killing them off, he just takes the rings and stacks them in his fingers in some sort of cruel joke.

Note: I'm back after 2 months of not translating CDs!!! It was such a hard time, I'm finally able to continue. This CD is one of Azusa's CDs that I think everyone will like. I listened to it in late 2023 but now I decided to post the audio and translate it.

I had previously confused the gender of the boy in the CD because of the word この子 (Kono ko), which is usually associated with a girl. But later, when I really listened closely, I realized Azusa had said a more specific word about the child's gender, and I corrected it. Luckily I didn't translate this CD at the time. If I did, I would be very ashamed of my mistake. That could be bad ᕙ⁠(⁠⇀⁠‸⁠↼⁠‶⁠)⁠ᕗ

/Yui runs away/

[00:12] "Ah, wait, Eve, it's me."

/Yui asks Azusa about the uniform/

[08:56] "This place? I heard it used to be an abandoned building, then it was turned into a haunted house. This very quietness makes it realistic, and it's quite popular among haunted house enthusiasts, they say. But, I also heard a rumor that a real ghost appears in the well at the very end."

[09:38] "When I say it, it sounds like the truth, doesn't it? Maybe I have a talent for working at a haunted house. I'm so happy."

[10:08] "Ah, sorry, I was just kidding."

[10:18] "Wait, stop for a moment. Eve, I remember around here is where a ghost usually jumps out to scare people. To make sure the boy isn't scared, I'll go ask them to stop this time."

[10:50] "Hey, little one, wait here with Onee-san (1) for a bit, okay?"

I love your art and your art style. What gets my attention tho is the fact that it looks like what the Daddy I’m A Zombie movie would look like if it was 2D animated lmao. I don’t mean that in a bad way it’s just super super cool

I grew up on Tim Burton movies and his works majorly influenced the development of my art. Diabolik Lovers is the first VN/anime I have ever seen and I have been having the BEST time exploring it in my own style!!
