The Dinodex Introduction
Turning dinosaurs into a pokémon-like game! I will (try to) turn all 1000+ dinosaurs into pokémon-like characters.
I’m only working on valid dinosaurs, and only dinosaurs, no pterosaurs or marine reptiles.
I will not be making art(okay I might make art), a game, or any media for this project. It is an entirely text-based passion project.
This project is also not meant to be paleoaccurate and will incorporate small fantastical elements, however, I will try to stick to realism.
Types:
Theropod-type Strong against: Sauropod, Ornithopod Weak against: Stegosaur, Ankylosaur Resistant to: Ornithopod
Therizinosaur-type Strong against: Ceratopsian Weak against: Ornithopod Resistant to: Theropod
Sauropod-type Strong against: Sauropod, Ankylosaur Weak against: Sauropod Resistant to: Ornithopod, Stegosaur, Ceratopsian
Stegosaur-type Strong against: Theropod, Ceratopsian Weak against: Ankylosaur, Ornithopod Resistant to: None
Ankylosaur-type Strong against: Theropod, Stegosaur Weak against: Sauropod Resistant to: Theropod
Ornithopod-type Strong against: Therizinosaur, Stegosaur Weak against: Theropod, Ceratopsian Resistant to: Ankylosaur
Ceratopsian-type Strong against: Ornithopod Weak against: Therizinosaur, Stegosaur Resistant to: Theropod
Suggestions:
My ask box is open to questions and suggestions. Feel free to suggest a move or a dino
