This is a Detroit: Become human OC RP blog featuring Agent Chisuke Himura of the FBI Special Android's Crimes unit. This likely won't be as active as my other RP blogs as he is meant to be a villain in any story or plot the followers wish for. Want some angst? He's your man. You can always try to get to know him, find out why Chisuke is like this, maybe you can sway him from his evil deeds, or send him further down the pit.

Himura turned his dark gaze towards the equipment near the bed, it all looked vaguely like what a human would be hooked up to. He figured the only reason Connor was still here was little was known about repairing his model, though Himura knew little about what sort of differences the RK800 model had towards civilian issued androids. He reached up with a gloved hand, idly touching at the equipment as if finding it interesting. "That would only appease us humans. However, my duties entail public relations with androids as well. A android considering themselves more expendable than a human life while an honorable notion, would only be used to fuel the fires of android activists."
"I have become aware that you are harboring your brother instead of bringing him in for questioning. So it makes me think that you're not taking your job and the fragile nature of our country serious enough. He looked at Connor out from the corner of his eyes before pressing and holding down a button with intent. He seemed very aware of what the device did, giving a violent electrical shock, meaning to wake an android out from a forced standby mode. However, since Connor was well awake, the electric current would likely overclock his systems and do the reverse of what the machine hooked up to Connor was supposed to do.
"It appears that your line of androids is rampant in bad luck, Detective." - Agent Himura
Connor was sitting up in his bed when the agent came in. Almost instantly, he was frowning, his mood ruined. Hank had stepped out of the room and had made no indication of when he was coming back. “I don’t think one could call this bad luck. More of a professional curtesy.” His voice had a staticky undertone as he spoke. “Why are you here, agent? I didn’t think you would be one to visit coworkers while they’re hurt.” He narrowed his eye at the man, his hand gripping at the sheets as if thinking that doing that would ground him. It didn’t.

The door clicked shut behind him, with it being so late, visitors would be prohibited. So it appeared Himura had used his station to get here. The hospital was quiet, only the graveyard shift of nurses and a few doctors lingered in the building to make sure everything continued to run smoothly. "Yes, some would few androids more expendable than humans. Though that line of thinking can be fairly damaging in times to come." He moved over closer, the usual equipment had been modified to suit android needs, simply monitoring and not much else. Then again with such a highly specialized android, Himura assumed that parts would be difficult to come by.
"You are aware that I deal in keeping the android-human relations balanced, so I had to make sure myself that everything was in order." His dark eyes shifted behind his glasses, once more focusing on Connor's face. "And since you can't evade me with excuses any longer, I thought it would be an excellent time to talk." He walked closer to the bed, placing a gloved hand on the railing. "It appears you and your brother are a bit too disruptive to my job. The proper course of action would be to fire you as I did with your brother. Or possible take all the rk model detectives into custody. However, news of that might get out and I can't have androids causing a fuss over that."

📊 For our muses to meet at work. ~DT600 || Whoops my hand slipped
Himura had everything ready, it would be idealistic and optimistic to think all his plans would go without a hitch, but Himura wasn’t the type to believe there wouldn’t be certain hiccups in his plans. So he liked to make sure he had several fallback plans in place just in case. There was a certain danger to his plan, an unknown variable that everyone seemed to look over, but Himura paid close attention to detail to the people that he worked with. One of the PC200 model androids, while on the surface level appeared to be a hardworking, near-machine in his studious work, was hiding something. Himura didn’t know what, but he didn’t want any interruption for when he set his plan in motion. The easiest way to achieve that without raising suspicion, was to confront the other android who he seemed to linger close to.
Agent Himura stepped up next to Spencer’s desk, still a bit annoyed by the lack of last names androids had but he could understand why they lacked them. However, Himura did his best to avoid using their first names, it was too friendly and Himura wasn’t here to make friends. “Detective.” Himura spoke loud enough to be heard but not needing to raise his voice too loud as he held a stern, commanding tone. “It seems you have been filling out reports at a good rate, despite your absence on occasion. As a reward and a trial for android rights, the higher ups want to enact vacation days to androids. It will be paid days, as a human would receive. It is not mandatory, but it would be a good public relations action for androids to finally get progress in equal rights in their jobs. All you have to do is just take a vacation, whether it be traveling or simply staying at home. Leave the rest of the public reporting to me.”

Himura observed Connor, watching every reaction, while the FBI agent wasn't an android, he'd been in this line of work for a while. He'd always been shrewd when it came to reading people, studying them had almost became a hobby. With androids, it was almost the same as a human, though a majority of the time it was like watching a human child, struggling with emotions, not having enough experience controlling them. Every shift in the gaze, the tightness in the shoulders, given enough time, Himura could break someone down to their bare basics. , it was one reason why he rarely got along with anyone.
"Considering how long he disappeared would have given us some sort of time table to work with. How far he could've got, how he arrived at the Lieutenant's house, now all the evidence that could have added us is basically gone." Himura scowled, but carried on. "We have been cracking down on illegal android trade. Now that androids had gained their rights, the trade is being cracked down even more. In the underground, people wipe androids and sell them, so it wouldn't be too far of a stretch for someone to wipe the memory of an android and replace it with the intent to break android-human relations." Himura picked his tablet up again, angling it so he could read the information. "So I need to find out what happened in that space of time that he was gone. Was he simply an android gone rogue, had a terrorist reprogrammed him, or possibly some former Cyberlife employee wanting revenge. This isn't just about your..." Himura glanced up purposefully to look at Connor. "Former brother. Its about androids as a whole."
"Detective, if I might have a moment of your time to ask you a few questions about this latest case about your brother. Whatever you're doing currently can wait, meet me in the interrogation room promptly." - Agent Himura
Connor looked up from what he had been working on, dark eyes focused on the agent. With a sigh, he got up from his chair, his LED yellow as he grumbled, almost dragging his feet as he made his way to the interrogation room. He really didn’t want to deal with this asshole right now and he especially didn’t want to talk about what had happened with Collin. It would just make him angrier and probably cause him to have an outburst.
Still, he stepped into the room, standing at the door, not wanting to sit down at the table as he stared at the man. “I’m sorry, sir but, I don’t know what else you would want to know that wasn’t in the report filled out by Lieutenant Anderson.”

Himura looked back down at the tablet reading over the information presented to him as Connor took a seat on the other side of the table. At Connor's comment, Himura slid him a dark stare, an obvious warning with slightly narrowed gaze of suspicion. He didn't seem to take well to the bluntness but he could appreciate wanting to simply get down to what the point of this conversation was all about. "Yes, I would take that in consideration if you had not deviated. However, emotions can tend to make people think and remember what they want. A human and deviant's account can easily change and cannot be assumed it is one hundred percent accurate."
Himura set the tablet down, the screen going black to conceal whatever Himura had been looking at. "Your brother, Collin, was reported missing a while back. Nearly 24 hours he wasn't reported found. Not I can write that off as the machine controlling both you and Caleb. However, Lieutenant Anderson was aware of his presence. He didn't seem to mention anything in his report about being surprised to see Collin again." Himura leaned forward, setting his forearms on the table, his gloved fingers lacing together. "So, detective, how long has your brother been back?"

Agent Himura shut the door once Connor was inside the interrogation room, when the android didn't sit down, the FBI agent didn't seem concerned. Instead he moved over and took the seat which would be usually claimed by the interrogation officer. He leaned back, gloved hands holding a tablet as he swiped through the report files he'd been given. Silence fell, both knew that this was a basic tactic in putting pressure on the one in question. Despite Himura's stature, the way the man held himself could be deemed intimidating.
"Take a seat, detective." Himura motioned to the chair across the heavy metal table, it wasn't an offer, but a command veiled as one. "There are a few things it seems Lieutenant Anderson left out of his report. And you know how thorough I like to be, especially when its a case of an android killing a human." Dark, near black eyes look up at Connor from behind thick rimmed glasses, observant. Dangerous. "As you recall, its the reason I was brought here. To clean up any messes between humans and androids."

Ghost from the Past.
It had been a long day, Himura had done more research by himself than most humans would be able to do. That's how it always had been, before androids, his co-workers had always joked he'd been a machine. Serious, never knew when to stop working, he'd been hardwired from birth to achieve great things. His parents had only encouraged such behavior, pushing him forward, having fun soon had been viewed as a waste of time. Of course, being abnormal for a child, Himura was the nail that stuck out. He'd been under repeated fire from bullying, not that Himura ever seemed to care. He never cried, never responded to the bullying like the other kids wanted. He simply picked himself back up and went about his work. Excelling in his studies had been the only thing that had ever mattered to him.
A knock on the door disturbed him from his contemplation and reminiscing. Dark eyes lifted as he debated on if he wanted to deal with the ragtag group of officers and detectives that worked at the DPD. Before he had a chance to decide, the door was already opening, a sign that whoever it was, didn't know Himura's regulations. Or maybe the other person knew him a little too well. His gaze narrowed as the man stepped in, looking like a wash out who dragged himself out of bed every morning, three hours late to his job and had black coffee running through his veins. Alejandro Warren. His former partner and mentor when he'd first joined the agency. He'd spent a good portion of his life working under the man.
"You never change." The gruff voice broke the silence, so casual, a tone no one took with Himura. A sign of how careless and/or bold of this older male to do. Even if Alejandro had seniority, Himura looked like a man who was viciously in charge. "I know what you're doing, Chisuke and I've come here to ask you to stop."
Himura curled his fingers, causing the folder he held to dent slightly in his gloved hands. It had been so long since someone addressed him by his first name, only two people ever had and those were not his parents. "If you know that already, Alex, then you already know why I can't." Himura returned, using Alejandro's shortened name though the tone in which he said it had some conflicting emotions lying within it.
"Yeah, but can't blame a man for trying." Alex moved over, leaning against the edge of the desk, his arms folded over his chest. His white button up shirt looked like the older agent had slept in it for two days straight, there were even a few coffee stains on it. As usual, everything about Alex rubbed Himura the wrong way. Then again, it'd always been like that, ever since they were kids.Back when Himura's parents moved him to Detroit due to his father getting a better job. His neighbor ended up being the older boy named Alejandro. A crass young boy, the complete opposite of Himura. At first, Himura avoided him like the plague, wanting nothing to do with the disruptive older boy.
Alex, though, thought it was his sworn duty to protect Himura, despite how much Himura protested or ignored him. Eventually they had grown attached to each other and Alex had never grown out of his protective nature over Himura and that had become a serious issue.
"You being here is a sign that you're not going to let me do this easily." Himura tested, closing the folder and setting it down on the table. Maybe he should've taken his work home, but he knew there wasn't any way he'd be able to escape Alex. The man always had a way of haunting him.
"Where would the fun be in that. I just never thought I'd have to save your sorry ass from yourself." Alex looked around the office as if searching for something but not being able to find it. Likely alcohol, the last Himura could remember, Alex was still trying to recover from his addiction but sometimes old habits died hard. Himura couldn't blame the man, a failed marriage after what happened... Himura glance away from Alex, looking lost in thought, lost in the ghosts of his past.
"Its not your fault. Leaving her made me feel lighter. After a while. I still stand by the choice I made, so stop beating yourself up over it." Himura should've known, he could never hide from Alex, the man was too good at what he did. Especially after they'd known each other for so long. "I couldn't love her the way she wanted and pretending for so long was killin' me, you know that."
"Yes, well, she shouldn't have found out like that." Himura bit back sharply. "I shouldn't have let it get that far, at least not until you told her."
"Hey, hindsight is twenty-twenty." Alex sighed out, looking out the window behind Himura's desk at the rainy city just beyond the glass. "We were young, that's the excuse people use isn't it?"
"That does not make me feel any better about it, Alex." Himura muttered under his breath, pulling his thick rimmed glasses off so he could clean them habitually. Alex watched as if knowing the sign, the tells of when Himura was under stress.
"Some things you just have to forgive yourself for, Chisuke. All this guilt isn't good for you." Alex voice softened, but the tone was something Himura couldn't stand to hear, not now, not when he was close to accomplishing everything he worked for. He slid his newly cleaned glasses back onto his face with deliberate slowness.
"You, of all people, think I deserve forgiveness, Alex?" Himura pushed himself up to his feet, rising to the challenge. "You know everything I've done and yet you still think I can be forgiven? I have caused the death of everyone around me. No one wants to be my partner after everything I've done. They're scared of me and they have every right to be, especially after what happened with you." Himura hadn't been aware of the level of his voice rising not quite shouting but close to it as he confronted Alex. Before he could continue on though, Alex moved.
Within an instant, Himura found himself shoved against the window, to chilled glass making the cold seep through his vest and shirt. A cold reminder that he was still alive, a cruel joke almost. A rough Calloused hand gripped his jaw, forcing him to look up at the taller, older male who's gaze held a certain anger but underneath was concern, fear. For him. It had always been for him and that had been Himura's greatest mistake.
"I can't take it. First you and then Niel. I won't do it anymore. I won't simply take it and keep going, I can't." Himura seemed to plead with the older agent, trying to make him understand why he was doing this. However, Alex looked back at him with a disappointed expression, the look alone seemed to make Himura shatter on the inside, all those defenses, that structure that kept him going ruined by a single man. Himura closed his eyes, squeezing them shut as he lifted up his gloved hand, gripping the sides of his head as he tried to get a grip on himself. He breathed in and out slowly, methodically until he could no longer smell coffee and alcohol any more.
Opening up his dark eyes he examined the empty room, Alex was gone. Himura sank down onto the floor, his muscles going lax after such tension being dissolved. It had been a while since Alex had visited him, but then again, it really wasn't Alex. The real Alex had been gone for almost five six years now, but he always came back, a ghost of a memory whenever his guilt ate away at him the most. His moral compass in the form of a dead man. However, it hadn't worked the time before and it sure as hell wouldn't work again.
