I attempted a rotgish style. I failed, but I spent too much time and energy on it not to post.

Oh I totally get your love for Jack! He is so kind and charming yet his life so full of tragedy!
The way you love Jack is completely adorable! He would be glad of having people like you rememvering him daily!
;-; aw thanks! Rise of the Guardians has a certain quality about it that just never fails to bring me back to my childhood and Jack is a huge part of that. I mean, he's 300 years old. He has the capacity to be more mature and damaged than the audience can even technically understand, since we top out at around a century.
But he chooses to be fun and kind and good in the face of incredible darkness- even when that darkness offers him what he thought he wanted, even when he's walked through, ignored, and disliked by humans and spirits alike. Fun may be a natural part of who he is, but he also makes the conscious choice not to ever let go of that part of himself, and to use it to make others happy. He's the kind of person I want to be, and he brings out the innocence in me that still believes I can be that way.

Hi! I know Stuff and Things about DnD (i have played and once made 7 character sheets at once for a kid's birthday party)! No major discrepancies that I can see but one possibly-typo (great work!), and I do have Ideas and Analyses of my own to bounce off of yours, but this is because I am a nerd and you made the mistake of inspiring me rip
MERIDA IS SO WHOLLY A DWARF BARBARIAN IT MAKES ME WANT TO CRY IM DYING HAAAAA on a serious note, she could totally be a Totem Spirit of the Bear typa barbarian!
Aasimar Paladin Punzie is pretty solidly accurate to her personality! As an Aasimar, she could be a daughter of Lathander, the Morninglord. Paladins do have a strict oath and honor code, generally, i.e. "I never break my promises" makes her character quite paladinish. That said, paladins tend to be heavier fighters, while clerics have more healing magic capacity, and are more balanced between mage and melee abilities than paladins. Also, clerics are more known for blunt weapons like maces or frying pans.
Monk is actually completely on par with Jack's fighting style and weapon preference, and I'm delighted you got that. You could have him multiclass with specialized storm sorcery and bam, you practically have a canon Jack! Also, there's a specific type of elf called Eladrin that are affiliated with the four seasons, so it's totally plausible to have him be a winter-specific elf. Overall, though, elf monk is pretty spot on here. Also, being a monk means Jack can punch ghosts, and this brings me joy.
Oh my gosh, YES, RANGER HICCUP. I've never been much for the artificer class (makes things feel a smidge too modern for my tastes), but ranger with a pseudodragon animal companion as a nod to tiny book Toothless? I would die.
My one note is "elf orc". That's not a hybrid that exists- there are half-human half-orcs, referred to as just half-orcs, but in checking if elf-orc hybrids exist I came across an argument that said the Orc god, Gruumsh, hates elves in particular (due to an ancient war he lost against the Elven pantheon) and probably didn't even make orcs interbreeding with elves physically possible. Half-orc, half-human Hiccup would make sense though, if you made his tribe Orcs- it would explain why he's so much smaller than everyone.
They say three is the perfect number, so...

Dwarf barbarian Merida
Elf monk Jack
Aasimar paladin Rapunzel
Elf-orc ranger Hiccup
(I'm just a casual fan of the dnd aesthetic so there might be inaccuracies, I apologize in advance to dnd experts 👉👈)

I don't have an issue with fanworks playing with canon details. The issue I have is when I look up their ages to double-check and sites like Screenrant have taken the statements of animators as fact, like you mentioned, and people using that to create controversy or crap on people who like the ship.
What I'm a little puzzled about here is how Tangled: the Series is disqualified in its credibility due to being divergent canon. It's a Disney-made sequel series built on events and characters established in the movie. It seems perfectly reasonable to use it as a reference point.
I've seen uncertainty still floating around so here's the final answer kiddos!
Eugene is 23 in Tangled. 23. The things I've seen that say he's 26 during the movie are outright wrong; he turns 26 in the third and final season of Tangled: the Series, by which point it's been three years since the movie. There is only about a five-year age gap between Eugene and Rapunzel.
Have a nice day.

Hey do you think that the reason Jack looked so agonized when Jamie was losing his faith in the Guardians is because of his own fight for belief?
I mean, he starts the movie having an almost identical scene.
"You put me here. The least you can do is tell me why."
"I believed in you my whole life. You kind of owe me now- you don't have to do much! Just a little sign so I know. Anything... anything at all."
And Jack knows what it is to go without a sign, so he decides to be the sign Jamie needs, and in the process of all that he finds his own faith again. It's just dang wholesome.

"Jack frost is a twig" "jack frost is secretly ripped" can't we all get along and agree that he'd be best suited to the sort of lean, toned, flexible muscle he probably developed after years of manual labor as a human? By the age he was in the movie he'd have been doing woodcutting or farming or hunting for years
Given the fact his hair hasn't ended up longer or shorter or different at all in 300 years, I think we can safely assume that how he was when he died and was raised by the Moon is his baseline appearance/state of being, which means he'd still have ye old colonial muscle. His legs n arms are proportionally long n thin because he was deliberately stylized that way, as I recall, and all the balancing and precision snowball yeeting and parkour he does take no small amount of strength, even with magic on his side.
I mean, here's a canon baseline for how slender his wrists are compared to his hands

He's proportionally pretty balanced through the arms, shoulders, and chest, that's all im saying

Platonic dynamics I want to see more in the (tiny) Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom:
Jack being like an older brother to Hiccup and sort of seeing an older version of Jamie in him and not scoffing at how nerdy he is ("holy crap you MADE this? Man show me how it works!!")
Rapunzel post-her-movie being all gung-ho and cheery, and Merida trying to get her to stop being so naïve, only for Rapunzel to calmly list all the ways she was betrayed and abused throughout her adventures (and you'd only have to go through the canon events of the movie and show to make this work, btw, girl's been through STUFF) and tells Merida she is upbeat and kind because she chooses to believe that most people are good, because so many people stuck with her through so much and so many people came back to her after betraying her. And Merida is like "well dang ok, wanna learn to shoot a bow"
Jack being calm, responsible, and protective of the others without becoming too angsty in the process- playing harmless little pranks to bring everyone's spirits up, that sort of thing
Merida being annoyed by Jack at first, but it's because she misses her brothers, not because she categorically dislikes the pranks. She tells Jack this and he asks her to join him doing pranks. She has much more fun after this.
Rapunzel is good at many things, but not so much inventing, as we see in TTS; her trying to assist Hiccup and him being good-natured about it but entirely accidentally outclassing her
Jack very deliberately keeping his past and loneliness to himself, and the others figuring out something's off because they never catch him sleeping, he's pensive when he's not interacting with them, he's got such wide and extensive experience, and he starts admitting bits and pieces like "I'm older than I look" etc etc
Jack never openly getting angry with the kids because they're kids and he's a Guardian, so instead when one of them is upset or trying to pick a fight with him, his staff will glow brighter or it'll get cloudier or windier or snowier- his magic responds, but Jack refuses to, making his calm all the more scary.
Jack being the first to realize Rapunzel has been through Stuff and sitting down with her when the other two are asleep "what happened to you?" entirely gently and patiently because HE'S A GOOD BIG BROTHER DANGIT I WANT THIS SIDE OF HIM TO SHOW MORE-
Hiccup worrying/getting upset/doing that I Have To Stand Alone thing and Rapunzel approaching him like "you're not the only one who grew up alone, you know. It's okay to rely on us, we won't let you down"
Hiccup doing the I Have To Stand Alone thing in general cause I don't see that a lot in crossovers or at least the arts
The others finding Jack in weird places because super-balance go brr
Jack being reluctant to touch any of the kids for any reason because he doesn't want to see the way they treat him change once they realize how cold and inhuman he really is
Merida recognizing Jack immediately as the only other obviously competent fighter by the way he moves (she was raised around all manner of warriors and guards, after all) and immediately setting about allying herself with him because Heaven knows they all need as much protection as they can get
Merida helping Hiccup to have a moment like he has in the HTTYD books where he realizes he's actually a really amazing swordfighter when he actually uses his dominant hand
Hiccup and Rapunzel asking Merida and Jack what siblings are like
Jack just treating them all like his little siblings
Jack and Merida gathering ingredients together and, depending on the region, Jack teaching Merida the safe local vegetation and herbs because he's been everywhere. Also, Jack teaching the others how to cook with local ingredients
Jack knowing a lot about herbal medicine and helping and teaching the others
After much internal deliberation, Jack choosing Hiccup to hold his staff while he takes care of two-handed tasks
Jack knowing how to style hair because of Mary, and he and Merida helping Rapunzel tame her hair

My dash keeps breaking like it's going out of style, making it very awkward to do these posts. ANYWAY
This week's boards are by Stephen Sawran from the 3Below episode, The Arcadian Job! Given the Blanks pop ins appear in Max Lawson's work on the same episode it's very possible they were a later visual addition/this particular sequence didn't have them prior.

This whole bit is never not funny.
