It was my fault because he grabbed my weapon and when he dropped it, the blood splattered on him and I couldn’t help him get it off because I got panicked over the fact he grabbed my bat which is no excuse and I am not using it as one.

It wasn’t right.

killing Jimmy wasn’t the right move it was immoral and unnecessary but in my mind in that moment i thought he was going to kill again.

earlier this week he killed a therapist and mutilated her

Cannibalized her.

Traumatized a 13 kid…

and caused a therapist to kill themself over the stress of it all.

what I did was awful and i am being man enough to admit that even if it was a awful person i did it to it doesn’t make it any better.

but if you take any thing from this even if you don’t accept my apology please believe me when I say he’s not what he seems to be.

he killed that therapist simply because she implied that he was mentally unwell.

And then proceeded to verbally tell a child that he could no longer take care of them in the most harsh cruel way possible.

and ivan…. gods ivan i’m sorry for putting you through hell because of all of this…. God knows you and Travis need a drink after all of what i put you both through…

I am sorry either of you ever got involved and i’m sorry that i did such a horrible thing and put you both in a bad position.

[He still had his fists balled up, clearly angry, but not at the two sitting in their respective chairs.]

"I just want an explanation, and he's being cryptic again! It's so damn irritating!"

[grumble, grumble.] "Why can't he just tell me himself???"

"So basically, for context, I got into an argument with David. The ghost. You've come across him a couple times, I hope. He just told me to come to you and to ask about what happened to him when he was alive, or something." [Ivan scoffs.]

"Because I guess I can't judge a person— or well, a ghost— without knowing what atrocities happened to him during his childhood."

"David Solar?"

Archie said, raising an eyebrow at that. Sure, David's been a bit weird, going crazy once in a while, but he figured the poor guy is a wraith anyways and can do whatever the hell he wants.

He gave Travis a concerned look, the latter having visibly tensed upon seeing the biologist approaching; the other man had decided to stay silent even in front of Archie himself, and it's getting concerning.

"The only thing we know about David back when he was alive is that he died via overdose. What happened to him now?"

The two were having a conversation when the morse code started, both of them immediately quieting down and looking at each other as the beeping noises repeated, having both worked in the military briefly at some point in their life. After the Morse code repeated a few times, Travis seemed to realise what it said and got up so quickly he almost knocked something over, sprinting towards the biology wing, with Archie soon getting up with a swear under his breath and following the other man.
