Adam is medical director and Soren with elijah are just nurses (elijah was transfer student from russia but decided to stay)

Soren had problems with his past jobs (he received many complaints), which caused his rich parents to put Soren into Adam's Hospital. Adam looked through all these complaints on paper and realized that Soren was extremely fascinated by corpses and the idea of creating his new life by borrowing the organs of different people who no longer needed them. And Adam was amused by this (yes, he's a human in this au, but still a weird quirky dude), and gave Soren access to the morgue, making him promise that it would be their "little secret." And after that Sorens feelings began to grow cause omggg this dude understands me!!!!! (yeah the sketch is ass but im gonna draw more)

While having that little secret with Adam, Soren also have his feelings grow for his weird best friend elijah, WHO SECRETLY has feelings for Adam too because of his demeanor (btw Sydney in that au is just elijah's dnd character, and elijah has something like special interest????on him)
