The most beautiful and most profound emotion we can experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all true science. So to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead. To know that which is impenetretrable to us really exists, manifesting itself as the highest wisdom and the most radiant beauty which our dull faculties can comprehend only in their primitive forms-this knowledge, this feeling is at the center of true religiousness.

Brain surgery neuroplasticity and the CHES-A-KEE men
These remains found near my home are that of the copper king ches a kee. His knowledge still intact with us today. In all respect I share his remains to show his ability to perform brain surgery on his own self and heal from the operation. I will share the intentions and reasoning for a shaman to do so. For it was things like this the quickly got shaman pushed into the taboo, ostracized, erased, indoctrinated and incarcerated.
Note near this burial grows large amounts of lion's mane fungus and rare psychoactive plants and fungi found no other places in Michigan. No lion's mane fungus is the strongest natural food in which someone can eat to build mylar in the brain and repair from brain surgery or neural trauma. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to consume lion's mane fungus it is food for the brain by all means.the other plants and hallucinogenic fungus found near this mound can only give wake to that of a shaman's garden still intact to today. I have photographic evidence and published documentation and books and textbooks from these rare mushrooms and plants that grow in this one spot near and even on top of the earth and mound that the ritual burial place all of the red copper king.

Starburst
In the book titled Indian Rock paintings of the Great lakes, bye Selwyn Dewdney and Kennith E Kidd University of Toronto 1973. Noted was a drawing of the birch bark scrolls with the first written language of the America's incising done on Birch bark parchman known as the birch bark scrolls.
These scrolls were used by the Midaywiwin and are very much a written language and the only written language known south of Mexico.
Incised on the birch bark scrolls can be seen the starburst design
Birch bark scrolls word sacred text that had been copied and rewritten by ancient natives, they stored them in sacred mounds. Ritual ceremonies were performed where the birch bark scrolls where resurrected from their mounds. The scrolls were then read taught and shared bye the midewinin. New copies would be incised on new birch bark when old ones got frail. Some of these birch bark scrolls are displayed info antiquity and historical context in American museums.
The sacred birch bark scrolls out of the midewinin ceremony practices, herbal notes, celestrial star mapping such as the ""star burst"" along with many other sacred knowledge's. The incised glyph like writing is that three forms.
The first form is the picture it relates to the story. There can be many stories for one picture, one glyph image can represent a simple picture, such as the beaver Amik can represent just a beaver.
The other glyphs adjacent depict which story the picture could represent. Such as the beaver glyph adjacent Thunderbird glyph May indicate the story of how the beaver got his tail.
The reader must look at all of the glyphs on the birch bark scroll before they can read.
The second interpretation of the glyph is that of a vocal sound representation. The beaver glyph Amik can represent the sound Ahh, Am, Amen ... This sound representation of the Beaver is that a prayer. It sound representation can be linguistic or spiritual context
The information contained in these scrolls were revealed only to the Midewinin. Some scrolls are up to six feet and included information such as a textbook prayer books maps and depicted rules set forth in sacred rituals.
The secret society known as the Midaywiwin, claim this information was given to them by, Manabozho, and Wiskendjac. The traditional Anishinabe or Chippewa history, Manabozho was respected and given gratitude only to that of the great spirit gitchi Manitou.

Shamanism in pop culture
A shaman does not interfere with raising or lowering another's consciousness.
A shaman does not "awaken" others or leave them to believing in false awareness.
Tricks like a magician are only performed, these tricks such as pulling a coin from behind your the ear is the extent of the foolish acts a shaman will perform. This performance will be done in a manner of routine and separate from true acts of manifestation.
The shaman does not possess psychic or telekinetic powers. The shaman does not utilize the collective consciousness, such as when a musician plays a song from their heart, or such as when one dances to a song to the beat of their own drum; those Acts can be from the collective consciousness.

 A shaman's control over neural-plasticity
In American academic history there are a few,- yet corresponding -,records of the ches-a-kee men.  As their shamanistic culture merged with the midewinin medicine men during the later parts of the 19th century much shared written historical information blends the two and sometimes defines separation only by the act of conjuring.  As the twentieth century rolled-in, shamans in Michigan were gathered up by Christian mercenaries and diagnosed with mental disorders, then incarcerated into insane asylums. The renowned abandon insane asylum found in traverse City  (many of the shaman spent their last days at TC asylum, and their last accounts and records were preserved in some manner, I will share in later words)
The shaman performed acts such as;  an actor, created entertainment such as a clown, the shaman fooled others with magic tricks, but the shaman knew how to manipulate the neural-plasticity of the others around him and this was his humble power and only true gift.
It was through white man's culture that the shaman’s wisdom was killed and extinguished.
‘’magic tricks’’ that were used in acts to fool the mind, yet the shaman knew it was foolish acts.
the doctors took their magic acts as literal warship, they interpreted the shamanic practice as unhealthy as in accordance with their personal beliefs.
( like the christian warship the wholly trinity) , the doctors applied their religious understanding and took the magic acts to be known as insanity within the shamans logic.
the shamans were more, emotionally stable, mentally sane, and in tune with the complex nature of the human mind, than the doctors of the time and even currently. ( i do not deny the development of medical knowledge, it is vast and stemmed from shamanic practices, yet medical knowledge is a science, shamanism is an art )
Yes some men practicing any ‘’arts’’ can become evil, twisted or insane. I am not referring to the nature of bad men. I write only that of good healthy understanding and good intentions for care and healing.
Recent breakthrough in neural sciences with the neural pathways of the human mind are showing how;  the shaman access and stimulated the correct neural pathways to induce neural-plasticity ( in an indirect manner though purposeful intentions ).
There is an area of the mind between the two conscious realities of our couscous thinking mind and cognitive existence subconsciousness, this area is the playground of the shaman.
the shaman knows, he is not his thoughts; the shaman knows, he is not his cognitive existence. The shaman can access an area in between the subconscious and conscious mind. In that area, the playground, the shaman manifests from inner vision to the psychical world; the shaman does not create from his thoughts or make something from his memory, the shaman does not  manifest from the conscious mind nor the subconscious mind.
Rough draft yet to be edited

Time's arrow and the romance of the Hunter
Time's arrow is always flying straight isn't it? Particle physics theories growing in our academic world are starting to say otherwise. In the eyes of shaman, time is a long woven cloth,- the shaman knows the illusion of the cyclical pattern and the illusion of time's arrow-. In the eyes of the common Man everything is cyclical, the common Man walks in circles, thinks in circles and behaves in circles. Though all of his existence is just a long cloth that was first weaved upon his conception, throughout his life the patterns, motifs and totem designs of his cloth are sewn in, such as wampum. As they near the end of their cloth it frays tatters and starts to tear. That cloth that represents our life as human spirits, folding every day, that cloth never lays flat until the last moment of life upon the moment of the of our  ‘’life review’’,   a progressive return to consciousness of past experiences, AKA, life flashing before your eyes, due to heavy DMT release within the brain during them moments of death. * (note; This act can be forced in ritual, one can witness their own life review under the rituals set forth by the shaman, no substance psychedelia required, I will share this ritual in a much later note)
The romance of the Hunter.
As the archer lines up the; stone point, the wood shaft, and the heart of the deer in his vision, there is a moment in time that becomes still. Both the prey and hunter have earned the opportunity through stalking, and each has overcome their blindfolds of observation. They have earned the opportunity of sacrifice, an act of acquiring substance; for the hunter it is psychical, for the deer it is supernatural.
The Archer looks at the deer with passion, love and gratitude in his heart and eye.  The deer looks at the Hunter and with seductive glare, for its moment is frozen in time. then with an alluring flick and a wag of its tail says ‘’chase me if you can, take your opportunity opportunist’’. The deer longs for the pursuit of being hunted, the deer longs for the entitlement into the natural cycle and deeper into the supernatural realm. The deer, a spiritual creature bridging the world of animal and man, has no higher honor than that to be consumed by man in all of its totality. The hunter Will Not waste one scrap of the deer and give thanks for sacrifice, only show gratitude, not remorse, never show pain or sadness. It is difficult for the hunter to kill with out sadness in his heart, but to show a true act of gratitude;  a warrior, a hunter, a shaman, must work through their heart with pure intentions. To bring ill feelings to the kill is to shame the deer, to belittle the deer’s own great sacrifice to the hunter and their all that share in the kill.  One should not feel remorse over a pure gift from a sacred heart, -or and gift for that matter-, it is best one take gratitude and know the sacrifice in totality.

In my public life I teach seminars at schools, libraries, pubic events, and national parks. I give wildlife tours and historical site tours, along with teaching plant and fungi identification and survival skills. I earn an income through wood sculpting and though I do not teach many classes in a year, i will be teaching more. My goal in my career with public is to be a mentor for youth. As for my teaching of shamanism I will only address and share the public here on this blog.
it was not long ago that the psychological assessment of michigan’s shaman entitled them incarceration, it is a very delicate subject of wisdom to address.

AH-NE-MI-KE The Thunderbird a figure from Algonquin mythology. the Thunderbird resides in the sky to the west, responsible for thunder caused by the flapping of their great wings. At times during large storms, one can hear lightning bolts and thunderous sounds from the Thunderbird as it battles such marvelous creatures as the great panther serpent Me-she-pe-shiw, the Great lakes very own dragon. this Thunderbird is very much unlike that of the southwestern States Thunderbird. The Thunderbird from the mythology of the southwestern States derives from the Mayan and Aztec Quetzalcoatl it is vastly different from that in which I'm sharing. The Algonquin Thunderbird and is very much like that found in the edda from Norse legends. Today, It won the battle and locked the panther serpent dragon of the Great lakes under the ice during the wolf Moon. To scribe the Thunderbird in the improper time will cause much disharmony. To scribe the Thunderbird at the exact correct time will call upon its power without restitution. Tonight was such a night to partake in scribing or to say creating through my folk art work shared here of the great Thunderbird as it has in the past will serve me well. Further I mention the name of Alpena's "Thunder Bay"" origin was first noted in the 16 hundreds by a French mercenary the name thunder Bay has been associated with it since long before European contact. I have observed the sound many times, at sites such as negwegon state park and Morris Bay Alpena Michigan the sound is that of Erie trumpets in collision with deep roaring thunder unlike that of natural clouds and more like the sound of an earthquake coming from the heavens. This sound gave origin to Alpena thunder Bay. The sound is associated with that of the Thunderbird. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs44nLaAHiz/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ir0iowwkwo7f
