“… So that Stupidity involves not reaching out to anyone?” He sighs. “Listen I won’t judge or fault you, It’s a mood. But … Why didn’t you try and at least validate yourself to others who care about you? “

    “I’m not thinking myself inferior. It’s the fact that the air is tense and depressing. It washed away my good mood and furthered my “stupidity” if that makes any damn sense.” Yes, that stupidity does involve not reaching out. Ratatata didn’t feel like being a damn burden.

     “Things. It didn’t help that I was around someone who felt inferior all the time and always down. You start to absorb their emotions. Unfortunately, it combined with my own damn stupidity.”

"Hey." Ratta spoke up, holding up a bag of the usual treats of chocolate chip cookies in hopes to get the other's attention. "Got a minute? Need your advice on something." What's this? A dad-to-dad talk? Perhaps. Only time will tell.

    He stared at the bag and swiped them. “What’s up? Also thanks for the sweets.” Ratatosk opened the bag and started eating, curious as to what the other wants to chat about.
