RAW VEGAN - PUDDING DE MORAS, AVENA Y LAVANDA. 
1/2 Taza de moras 
1 Cucharada de aceite de coco
2 Piscas de lavanda 
3/4 de agua de coco 
1 Cucharada de coco raspado
Hielo en cubos (4 o 5)
4 Cucharadas de avena seca. 
2 Cucharadas de chia.
2 Cucharadas de semillas de girasol 
1 Rama de canela.
Nueces para decorar.
1. Muele primero el hielo en cubos con el agua de coco y la avena. 
2. Agrega a la mezcla la cucharada de aceite, la chía y las moras.
3.  Al final agrega la lavanda, las semillas, la canela y las nueces para decorar.
*Puedes agregar proteína raw si lo consideras necesario
