The Heaven & Earth Valley, South Africa. These vineyards are grown atop ancient African elephant trails. Diamonds & Gold are not the only treasures that emerge from these soils, but also some of the most appreciated Pinot Noirs and Sauvignon Blancs on Earth. While visiting with Anthony Hamilton at his winery, located in the heart of this valley, I asked him - What makes South African wine so special?
