Brain, stopp confusing me with contradicting memories challenge (impossible). A. I had my own Mythomagic deck(s) and would spend most of the time at the hotel/ casino playing with Nico in our rooms vs. B. I helped Nico collect the cards and statues (not always the legal way), but had none myself (We were wanderers on the streets before). #✨️🦘

if its alright for me to put in my thoughts as another pjo kin, as well as maybe share what i think went down in my canon in regards to this

quite frankly, i think the idea that you were meant to be some sort of predator in the books is stupid.

the entire time i was reading i felt absolutely *horrible* for you (though that may have been just the kinnie in me) and i wished so incredibly badly for you to have the happy ending you deserved. for whatever its worth, i didnt see you as just "the antagonist" or anything, i also saw you as just a kid.

but anyway, back on the topic

im assuming youre talking about the scene at the end of book 5 where you/luke asks annabeth if she loves him/you. out of canon i just believe this to be an oversight by the author. in canon? this is either something that took place in my memories or is just like a heavy theory that i have, but i dont think itd be too unreasonable to think that chronos couldve canonically fucked with your aging process.

i mean, its the god of time. and you were so young when everything first started. if your body, or your mind continued to develop at a normal rate (or at all), you wouldnt be as easy to manipulate. again, its the god of time itself. he can probably do that

luke castellan (pjo) here. please bear in mind the allusions to grooming/pedophilia mentioned in this. hades knows that’s an issue for people. definitely is for me. just needed a place to complain because hermes (hi dad) is ignoring my calls.

i don’t mind people seeing me as a shitty person (and i WAS in canon, i acknowledge that!) but di immortales some of it’s weird.

like. yes, i manipulated lots of other half-bloods, yes, i was between 19 and 23 in canon, younger (closer to 15 in tlt) in my memory, but (and i’m not defending myself here.) i was manipulated by the lord of time himself. for YEARS. i just acted on what he wanted. he knew my weaknesses. my fatal flaw. kronos knew every single half-blood on his side better than they did.

i met him on my quest guys. i was feeling betrayed by my dad and chiron and was missing thalia. he took advantage of that. in a number of horrible ways, mind you. i did the same to ethan and everyone else under kronos’ orders. and, for fuck’s sake, where did pedophilia come into this? grooming allusions i understand. but. what.

so, please- try to refrain from the grooming/pedophilia accusations, yeah? they don’t make a guy feel very good. i was a kid.
