The Batmobile absolutely has air conditioning, why tf not? Plus his suit isn't "rubber". Maybe in his early days, but as WayneTech has evolved, he's upraded to fabrics more breathable, durable, flexible, lightweight. Plus his years of intense training, (which he continues to practice every day) has taught his body proper energy consumption and incredibly long-term stamina. Plus, shitty diets and unhealthy foods actually have a lot to do with the worst festering oders a person can sweat out. But you know Alfred keeps him hooked up with the best, most efficient and delicious meals money can buy, so... Congratulations.

Batman probably does smell. He runs around all night in an armoured rubber suit, fighting crime, and the Batmobile almost certainly doesn’t have air-conditioning.
