The Stone Roses, Manchester
Canon FTb with Fuji Provia 400F

Not best displayed by these photos but a great film for faces - very nice, clear and honest (as example:

)
Sunday night at the much anticipated Stone Roses gig in Heaton Park, Manchester. Lots of beer.

A couple of examples of how beautiful the FTb can be even with your basic films. The camera is a must for people and dogs alike just a shame its quite heavy.

Another reason why I love the Diana Mini... effortlessly cool.

Clearing through the Mini photos... a few photos from a roll taken over New Year 2011 in Manchester. Manchester's China town and special seasonal Spinningfield's ice rink feature. And a kitten my family got around the time.

Scenic scenes from one of the best counties (biased). The title is a lie for the last photo - actually taken in Hampshire, but it seemed fitting for the theme.

Diana Mini with Lomography CN 100 (I think - it was a while ago)

This is why I love the Mini. It can be a bit hit and miss at times but when it hits it can be really beautiful. Very much a point and shoot camera, mine shall be dearly missed since breaking a few months ago. RIP Mini.

Another satisfying ilford hp5 - fast becoming a favourite film. Great for people. Continuing with some colour soon...

A dull day for some mediocre shots. Personal favourite is the second, probably because it was taken indoors.

Greetings from Venezia, taken during a sunny March before it began to smell weird. Apologies for the odd shapes, boots don't like printing/scanning the photos properly.

After much deliberation on purchasing an old-but-amazing film SLR, the FTb won. First roll of film: very pleased and can't wait to get through more.

Diana Mini with Lomography Redscale XR 50-200
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A bit too red for my liking really, and not too great with people. The last photo is as an exception (sort of, I'm biased).
My own fault really... looking forward to a more gentle redscale next time.

First attempt with the Kino... partially successful, although yet to be made into a 'film'. Perhaps to come soon...
