Sheikh Saalih Al Fawzaan, May Allaah preserve him said:
" Whoever holds on to the Sunnah will face hardship, distress, contempt, disrespect or threat from people, however he should be patient and should not unhinge from the Truth."

Sheikh Saalih Al Fawzaan, may Allaah preserve him said:
“And it’s a must to create awareness that some sorcerers and soothsayers may mention a thing from the Qur’aan or (Prophetic) supplications. However they mix that with Shirk and seek help from Jinns and Shayaateen (devils) and then some ignorant people listen to them and think they seek cure with the Qur’aan. And such is from the deception that must be made aware and warned against.”

The Scholar Ibn Al Uthaymeen, May Allaah have mercy on him said:
"When you enter the masjid on Friday (during Jumu'ah) and the Mu'adzhin (the caller to prayer) is calling (the Adzhaan - the call to prayer), begin with the Tahiyatul Masjid (two rak'ats done upon entering into a Masjid as a form of greetings to the masjid) immediately upon entering; in other to be free to begin listening to the Khutbah.
However when you enter on any other day and the Mu'adzhin is calling, the basis is to stand and follow the Mu'adzhin (with responding to the call), and supplicate with the well-known supplication said after Adzhaan, then begin the Tahiyatul Masjid"

Our Sheikh Saalih Al Fawzaan, May Allaah preserve him said:
"The one who is pleased with Allaah, his life is pleasant and he lives in tranquility. And the one who is evil minded of Allaah - (doubts Allaah), will live in hardship and wretchedness, and imagines everything to be against him and it will destroy him"

🗣️👂🏼Listening to beautiful recitation in a pleasant voice was a desired practice among the Salaf
🎓On the authority of ʿAbdullah bin Masʿūd - raḍi-Allāhu ʿanh- who said: The Prophet - sall-Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam - said to me:
💭❝Recite (the Qurʾān) to me.❞ I said: ❝(How) should I recite it to you when (the Qurʾān) was revealed upon you? M❞ He said: ❝That is because I like to hear it from someone other than myself.❞ So I recited Surah an-Nisāʾ for him, until I reached the point:
So what will happen (on the Day of Judgment) when We will (choose) a witness from each nation and (then) We will present you (O Prophet) as a witness over them all?
He said: ❝Stop.❞ And his eyes were wet (with tears).
📚— Bukhārī, Muslim and other compilers of the Sunan collected it
🎓On the authority of Anas - raḍi-Allāhu ʿanh - that Abū Mūsā al-Ashʿarī - raḍi-Allāhu ʿanh - was reciting one night when the Messenger of Allāh - sall-Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam - heard him while passing by. When he came in the morning and was told, he said:
💭❝If I had known (that the you O Messenger of Allah were listening), I would have adorned it and made it more engaging for you.❞
📚— Ibn Abī Shaybah narrated it with an authentic chain of transmission
🎓It was narrated from Abū Hurayrah - raḍi-Allāhu ʿanh - that the Messenger of Allāh - sall-Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam - heard the recitation of Abū Mūsā al-Ashʿarī and said:
💭❝Surely he has been given a melodious voice like Dāwūd.❞
🎓Abū Salamah said:
💭❝ʿUmar bin al-Khaṭṭāb - raḍi-Allāhu ʿanh - used to say to Abū Mūsā when he would be sitting in the gathering:
'O Abū Mūsā! Remind us of our Lord.'
So Abū Mūsā would sit in the gathering and recite to him in a melodies voice.❞
📚— Ibn Ḥibbān narrated it with an authentic chain of transmission
🎓an-Nawawī - raḥimahullāh - said:
💭❝Know that many groups of the Salaf used to ask the skilled reciters with pleasant voices to recite the Qurʾān for them and they would listen to it. And there is agreement upon the desirability of this act. And this is the habit of the best of worshipers and the righteous servants of Allāh.❞

Sheikh Saalih Al Fawzaan said:
"Whoever believes in the dead, (in the sense) that they can benefit or cause harm, thus, they vow to them and seek nearness to them. Such (a person) is a Mushrik of Shirkul Akbar (major shirk). And Allaah's refuge is sought; because this (person) is worshiping other than Allaah, therefore it's not right to pray behind him and it's not valid (the salaah), because he is not a Muslim so long as he is upon this condition"

The section pertaining to the prohibition of killing ants.
Narrated by Abuu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه, from the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم:
"An ant nipped a prophet from the Prophets, then he ordered and the hamlet of the ants was burnt and Allaah revealed to him (Saying), 'Is it because an ant bit you, so you destroyed a nation from the nations that glorify (Me)!!!' "

The wisdom behind Dzikir (Remembrance of Allaah)
The Imaam, Sheikh Ibn Al Uthaymeen رحمه الله تعالى said:
"From the wisdom of Allaah, The Mighty and Majestic for making His remembrance factors (to His nearness) to the extent that a person wakes up and (the first thing he does is he) pays attention to the mentioning of Allaah. Since negligence can take hold of a person and he forgets the remembrance of Allaah, thus Allaah, the Most High made so many means for His remembrance: entering the home has a mentioning (of Allaah), leaving the house has a mentioning, wearing a new attire has a mentioning, eating has a mentioning, and finishing up with eating has a mentioning, in other for a person to always have connection with Allaah, The Most High and Blessed be He.
And this in reality happens to the one who remembers Allaah with his heart, tongue and his body parts.
As for the one who remembers Allaah with his tongue and body parts without the heart, then, this great benefit misses out on him - I ask Allaah, the Most High to save us and you from negligence."

⚠️ Treachery of Speaking without Knowledge
👤 Sh. Ibn ul-'Uthaymeen
"If a person asked regarding the path to a particular city or country, so you said to him: "The route is this way"...
And you do not know in reality, then the people would consider that as treachery, (you have misled them)...
...So what therefore about the path to Paradise!? And that is the Sharee'ah that Allah revealed...and you do not know anything of it (yet speak & answer regarding it, directing people upon pathways without knowledge misguiding people)."

Beware of wearing clothes that have a crosses on them!
A'ishah (may Allāh be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet ﷺ would not leave in his house anything containing crosses except that he obliterated it.

Determination with Du'aa (supplication), and one should not say (during supplication): 'if You will!'
Narrated by Abuu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه, that the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
"If anyone of you supplicates, he should not say: 'Oh Allaah forgive me if You will', instead he should be intent on the matter (he is supplicating for), as well as intensify his desire (for what he is supplicating for), for nothing He gives is greater (for Him)."

Sufyān ibn ʿ Uyaynah (رحمه الله) said:
Never leave off making du'aa nor allow whatever bad deeds you have done prevent you from it (i.e. making du'aa) for indeed Allaah answered the du'aa of Iblees [Shaytaan] - and he is the most evil of the creation - when he said:
Allow me respite until the day they are raised up (i.e. the day of resurrection). He (Allaah) said: ‘You are of those allowed respite’.
