"I ain't a threat to ya. Just a fish watchin', Mister." Her eyes stood out against the dark of the alleyway, being the one thing that exposed her. Anyone else that wasn't Slade probably wouldn't have noticed: She was good at being very still, very quiet.

Jayden was typically not one to do dumb things. But people watching? That was a habit she couldn't kick. Even when a person looked very, very dangerous. The kind that made her hang back slightly and stay as still as she could. Like right now, from her spot up on an old fire escape.
