I HATE Cicero as a person and love Jon but....

-even the ships match up! Jon Elias is obviously equivalent to shipping Caesar ×Cicero and Jon Martin is the equivalent of Cicero×Atticus.

Cicero compromising on his Principles whenever he can be useful to someone with more power e.g Caeasar, Augustus really reminds me of the quote about Jon always doing what the eye wants no matter how much he claims to dislike it.

Does this make Tim Cato ? I can see it with the principled suicide thing , but his relationship to Cicero doesn't quite match up.

Elias is ABSOLUTELY Caesar though. Looked @ the mess of the Republic and had an evil what if I just fixed it thought.
