Day 28 of 100 Days to 100 Orders
Nothing much accomplished today. 1. Wrote an article - https://zarnik.com/blog/marketing/hotel-naming-secret-3d-framework-of-hospitality-branding 2. Implemented Return Policy in ERPNext and completed the UI for it, but while fetching the data, there seems to be some error. Got to fix it tomorrow and continue with Checkout Page. Productivity satisfaction was very poor.

Day 26 of 100 Days to 100 Orders
Things are going real slow. But this guest checkout feature and simplifying registration is crucial. Having a really difficult time in completing tasks. What did I complete today? So UUID was already done. Add to cart function is added, but not integrated to the front end. Developed a cart summary function within Nuxt. Created a new cart page which will be accessible without signin. I really wish I could complete guest checkout feature and some features for existing users by Day 30 at least, so that I can focus on generating traffic then. Feeling really pulled back and snail paced.

Day 24 & 25 of 100 Days to 100 Orders
Was trying to generate a UUID for unauthenticated users. This is done. starting to work on new add to cart functionality which will enable guest add to cart as well. Meanwhile got 2 customer registrations. Of which 1 customer browsed the site and placed the order offline. When Arjun asked why he dint place the order online, the customer responded that he felt comfortable talking to someone and placing order.

Day 22/100 Days to 100 Orders
Today was also a productive day. Got the WhatsApp integration done through MSG91. Need testing. Today I am integrating MSG91's OTP feature for better security of the login. Will complete the entire workflow of OTP today. Also, will complete Email or Mobile login capability. ---------------------- Now pending are: - Forgot Password email - Welcome email, SMS and WA - Issue Raised email, SMS and WA With these I will be able to close the entire auth process. But these tasks are not critical for an MVP. I started this task to enable guest checkout, now it seems like I am rewiring the entire thing. However, this is improving the logic of the app to a great extent, including branding and things. In between got the email templates done and transactional messaging flow. Guest checkout feature should be completed by day 25, whatsoever. Only then I can focus on attracting more customers.

Day 13/100 Days to 100 Orders
The priority task at hand is to enable guest checkouts. This will require rewiring of the whole authentication and cart logic. Made some basic idea of how to go about it. This task will solve couple other tasks as well like - Simplifying Registration Process, Building a base for Multi Tenant Authentication etc. Will complete the whole authentication process on Day 14. Second priority task is to enable COD, for that we require a logistics partner who can offer us COD facility. Went through the Ecom Express proposal and seemed interesting. They have committed to give us a revised rates today, if that too goes well, then the next task would be to build the COD option on checkout. Productivity: 5/10 Orders: Same as before :(

Completed 100% of Manage Companies. Now the website is capable of handling multiple companies, multiple addresses and multiple contacts. The user can now add/edit/delete these. Today I am going to write down the tasks and ChatGPT to help me prioritize it. Productivity: 10/10 Orders: Same as before

Day 5&6/100 Days to 100 Orders
Have been working on managing companies and addresses on the website. Build a single function to access all ERPNext APIs. This took me two whole days and yet it has some minor issues. If i were not building this I could have completed the entire enterprise features on the dashboard. But I think this single function to access all API will speed up the future developments. Hope this gets completed tomorrow. Meanwhile, got response from Mailjet regarding n8n integration. Will complete the customer broadcast paralally. This will eventually help in retention messages etc.
