This is the result of staying up all night colouring :D I chose to colour this to remind myself of the characters that started me on this artistic journey!

This is (supposed to be) the..’London Bridge’? Whatever it’s called, I found a half-assed architectural sketch on google, taking the liberty to redraw it (and half-ass colour it) :D It’s going to be part of my latest piece (which is going to take quite a while to finish). What do you think?
I actually messed up the layers, and consequently lost the line art in the process, but once I retrieve it, I will let you know and you can message me for the .PSD file. Note: the bridge supports won’t appear that way in the final line art file. The copy I require is very small in my piece, so I didn’t have to worry..and I stayed up all night.

Allow Me To Introduce Myself
Tumblr media
Raé Hunterr (ayee). Yes, that is indeed a “fake name”, because I prefer to keep my last name private (and I am madameHunterr, after all. Alright, enough about the name.
I’m twenty-four, and I live in Toronto, Canada with my boyfriend, Tommy, whom is a spectacular landscaper (visit ‘@tommy.irl’ on Instagram to view his work!)  He has this way of making me feel like no matter what happens, everything will be alright, and I’m grateful for his hard work, love and support.
I’m an artist! Could you have guessed that? I’m often told that it’s easy to tell. A lot of people can’t tell that I have a degree in Laboratory Assistance and Technology, though!
I have a few different mediums to utilize, but my absolute FAVOURITE platform to work with is Photoshop (or anything of the like, really.) I have the Wacom Intuos Draw digital art tablet and use Adobe Photoshop. I’m not a “phenomenal” artist by any means, but I do know that my art is damn good and I’m proud of the outcome and the hours that I put into every pixel on the canvas displayed in front of me.
I guess the objective of this blog is not just to share my art (and my thoughts about pieces and/or certain aspects of my work) with the world, but to document my progress as I develop my skills more and more.
Eventually, I’ll do guides as well! For now, though, I could always add a few posts per piece to explain my process (without giving too much away!) Who knows what other windows this blog will open up. Only time will tell!
With that, I hope you have a good day. Keep an eye out for my work!
