HERES WHAT YOU NEED1 cup organic creamy peanut butter1/2 cup of powdered sugar ( add more if peanut butter is too greasy)2 chocolate bars or one bag of chocolate chips> 1 TBS coconut oil1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extractCombine the peanut butter and powdered sugar thoroughly with hands. Roll into oval egg shapes and freeze for thirty minutes. While peanut butter is chilling heat chocolate slowly on double boiler or in microwave in 15 second increments stirring in between.Let chocolate cool. Dip peanut butter eggs into the chocolate and put back on the tray.Put them back in the freezer to chill for a few minutes until chocolate is fully hardened. Thanks so much for watching our show. Every parent is searching for HEALTHY KID FOOD. Make sure you follow my pinterest board for superfood recipes for kids. Packing your kids with nutrients is NO EASY TASK. I love the idea of Green Smoothie Bowls turned into a sweet treat to really get some nutrient dense foods into your little ones. You can blend a smoothie bowl ANY WHICH WAY, but what I love about Brittni is she really works hard to get the maximum health benefits into her bowls. Its shocking how many vegetables you can get into these bowls if you use the right protein powders and stevia for flavor. So why Beets? This potent and beautiful superfood has tons of health benefits for your family !   Beets are high in so many vitamins and minerals like vitamin C,  Vitamin B Folate,  Potassium, and vitamin A. They can help increase Iron in your body naturally when combined with carrots and thats exactly what transpires in this recipe. I cant say enough about getting Clean nutrients into your kids. You will be shocked at how much easier they are able to fight infections off  when you up their nutrient intake and lessen their sugar intake.  Hiding them in a pasta sauce is the ultimate life hack.
Heres my trick to disguising the strong beet taste that can be a turn off to most tiny palettes.....
SImmer it with a seasoned sausage ahead of time. I absolutely love the organic chicken sausage from trader joes. It is free range and doesnt contain any antibiotics. I feel confident giving it to my kids. If you dont have a trader joes near you, I would also suggest Apple Gate products and The Never Any Brand from Aldi.  
Chop and Brown Sausage in a pan over Olive Oil Pour over Beet Pasta Sauce and let simmer for 10 min Pour over Chick Pea Noodles and Serve
in 10 Minutes you have an exceptionally healthy meal full of Protein and PolyPhenols. My kids gobble this down every week and my husband was shocked to learn it was beets and not tomatoes.

Christmas came early for the #crumblycrew this year🙌🏻. We were SO excited to get @theairfort ! I am always looking for healthy recipes to cook with my kids. I think there is so much to be said about kids cooking with their parents. Its a bit time consuming and its more than a bit messy but its definitely the stuff that memories are made of. I also decided with my husband a long time ago that if I was going to get my kids to make healthy choices, I was going to have to get them cooking easy healthy recipes with me. Studies show that kids who help cook the food they eat are 10 times more likely to try it . As we learn more about food and how it affects our bodies, my passion for getting my kids cooking with me and your kids cooking with you grows daily.
