Meelo shook his head. There wasn't anything scary that bothered him. He just really wanted to be with his daddy and mommy. The comforting touches did not go unappreciated. Meelo rested his head on his father's chest and pleaded, "Can I sleep with you and Mommy tonight?"

Tenzin half wondered if his son was hiding any fears he had. But be it the case or not, he wouldn’t turn him away. So, smoothing a hand comfortingly along Meelo’s head, he nodded. “Right between us, like you always do,” he agreed.

There was some chattering from the other side of the room then, and Tenzin smiled. “I assume Poki would also like to come?”

Tenzin gave a huff of frustration as he hit a dead end and vaulted over the wall with the help of his bending. Somewhere along the line he had lost Howl. He would be concerned about that later, Howl was a grown man. Ikki, Meelo, and Jinora were not.

He heard a commotion and turned to see a group gathered around the entrance of an alley way. Of those gathered, he recoginzed the sentries and Pema and wasted no time rushing over.

“What’s going on? Are they alright? Are yo -” he caught sight of a thwacking tail inside the alley. “Korra!” He rushed forward.
