Please work on taking more interest in conversations
We understand if your character is upset or sad but inquiring and learning about the other person is key when it comes to a conversation. There are some characters no one knows anything about because no one cares enough to find out. It's frustrating for those who do try.
Please try to inquire about others. Ask about their day, how their feeling, their job, their hobbies, anything.
