Been quite busy yesterday to take so many screenshots of my boy. So I also had to make some icons for personal use, but I am going to share them.

The scar over his right eye makes him look more bold~ I like that. But I am so glad that he still can see and didn't lost his eye.

he just looks older because he’s based on a chameleon (and the then-44 year old Steve Buscemi).

that’s why the skin around his eyes is so saggy- it’s because of the animal he’s based on and his personality (being a hard worker, stressed, “up all night” looking for that kid)

I've been thinking about this for a while now; Do you think in 2001 when Monsters inc was created the creators might have had the thought that Randall was about 40/50 some years old and Mike and Sulley were somewhere no Mike 27, Sulley 28/29 years old and Randall was an older frustrated, jealous of younger Mike and Sulley, employee? As if that would explain why Randall looks so old…. idk if anyone has any official statement from the creators on which confirms/deny this then please send me
