Notes: Great 4K Capture of the show a couple days before the last show in LA with most of the full cast with a few understudies. First video to feature Ross as Doc and he was spectacular! Caden, Ross, Burke, and Zan were some of the stand out members to me and they did this performance well! As a Back to The Future fan, this cast was incredible and the effects were on point. There is some wandering within the video along with some noticeable blackouts due to some activity in the audience for some reason/very bright scenes and the footage does get a little shaky at points. However, the important action of the show is captured. Includes mostly blacked out and obstructed curtain call along with Caden’s BC/EFA speech. A-

Notes: Beautiful HD Capture of the first act of this incredible show with no obstructions, there are blackouts here and there though along with some shakiness. The only video recording of the LA run of the show. Due to intense security measures because of this production, there isn’t an Act Two video, filmer was confronted by an usher who was suspicious right before the end of the first act but, still got full Act One though. Audio from the second Act is included with the video. Footage from curtain call was recorded but, hasn’t not been found since recording the show, leading it likely to be lost. Notes: Decent HD Capture of this incredible immersive revival. One of J. Elaine Marcos’ last performances as Sally, the first video to capture Jane as Nicole, and the only video of Rory as Jesus. Shot from my iPhone at one of the tables in front so, a lot of scenes are very closeup, there are some obstructions here and there with some seats including a pole during some moments. Despite that, pretty much all the important action is captured in the show. Includes outdoor footage and a short post show speech done by original LA cast member Paul Nygro. A-

The world is under mass destruction, you’re given a safe bunker that will shield you and protect your life, you can only bring one bootleg of yours and another video from someone else, what videos would that be and why?

Ok so let's look at this logically. Assuming I'm gonna be in this bunker for a long time, potentially forever. It has to be something I won't get sick of after a week so that rules out any shows with pop scores. Has to have some amount of depth to it for me to over-analyze and make up theories about and write deranged bunker fanfiction for. Preferably it would be a show that I haven't seen enough to have fully committed to memory, because I could easily recreate that.

We have to consider what "mass destruction" really means. Is every trace of the world gonna be wiped out? Will there be any survivors? Is there hope for us to rebuild? The shows I would pick for myself and myself alone are gonna be different to those that I pick to be the last surviving remnants of a world long gone, and the only thing left to inspire hope in those tasked with rebuilding it. Whatever the case may be, we'd wanna avoid any shows that are too much of a downer (sorry Cabaret). Additionally, depending on the severity of the destruction it is likely that any major cultural landmark movie musicals would survive in some form or another so those are less of a priority.

So we're looking for a show that's modern but still holds cultural importance, that can inspire hope while still standing as a reminder of the reality of the past, that has depth and can be enjoyed over and over again.

The two shows that come to mind for me that fit this description are Hadestown, and Come From Away.

I've only filmed Come From Away once and that was a few months into my filming career so it is Not The Best, which means I have to pick someone else's for that, and use one of my own Hadestown videos. Objectively my best filmed Hadestown video is probably June, 2023. However the best cast I've filmed in my opinion is November, 2022 (1). Additionally it was my first time seeing the show after being a fan for years and it holds a bunch of sentimental value for me. So, even though there are some heads, I think I have to go with that one as my first pick.

Come From Away is a little harder. There are so many great videos of this show and so many great casts. I could just go with the proshot but that feels like a copout. So, continuing with the message of hope, I think I'd go with juniper47's September, 2021 video from shortly after re-opening from the broadway closures in the wake of the covid pandemic. Just as a little reminder that even when it feels like the world is ending, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

So in conclusion, the two videos I'd pick are

I did not want to come to this end but knowing that, the fact that he looks at a lot of people makes me very uncomfortable, it really becomes toxic, i would not do it if it was not necessary but now it is certainty that he bother other people so we would take the necessary steps to at least warn.
