✨Let go of the need✨ We get so freaked out in our ego state about losing control of things... But do we ever really have control? The simple fact that so many things occur moment bt moment without our conscious effort leads me to believe we are not. If you let go of the need to control things, anything and all things... Then the anxiety and stress melts away. When you put the weight of the world on your shoulders all things joyful stop. Such as good health, time for loving, and time for self. If you get yourself bound up in what others think, or what you think then you will inevitably stress yourself out. Stress raises cortisol levels triggering and adrenaline state in the body, where our immune systems begin going wonky trying to protect us from no threat but ourselves. So I encourage you to take three deep breaths as regularly as possible and let it all go. There is no need to control. 🔯Listen with your heart🔯 Om Om Ham Yam Ram Vam Lam ---------------------------------- Often we deny our truth, and in doing this we cause hurt. We can do it knowingly or not, the hurt still comes. Hurt to ourselves and hurt therefor to those we interract with. It can feel unfair at times... Like ~ "Why does my inmer world have to have anything to do with my outter world?" The answer is a big pill to swallow... They are one in the same, that is why. Recently I hurt 2 people I have loved very deeply. I didnt mean to do it, but nevertheless it happened. Why? Well I was denying my inner truth our of fear. Fear of a lot of things. However the moment I started listening to my true self (that inner voice or notion nudging you to honor yourself [whatever the is for you] ) everything in my world changed for the better. I stopped being a liar, I stopped ignoring myself and therefor others, and I began to put into practice my deepest knowing. The #SatNam got REAL, real quick! I share this because I want to spread the energy of acceptance of change. Change is the onlt consistency in this dimension and we must do all we can to relax into it. Trying to control everything will never beget you your dreams coming true.
