After 29 years of service to our community, Laughing Horse Books is closing. The lease at our current location is being terminated, and we not financially able to maintain operations at this time. We would like to thank the radical community, bands who have played shows, activist groups who have hosted events, small press publishers, distributors, and anyone else who has supported and contributed to Laughing Horse over the years. It is unfortunate that we can no longer provide a safe and sober, all ages space. Over the course of the next week, we will be packing up and readying to vacate the space. If you would like to help out or say your goodbyes, we well be having a farewell show Friday night and invite the community to help us pack up on Friday(9/26) and Saturday (9/27) starting at 11 am. We currently have outstanding debts to publishers, distributors, and creditors. For more information on how you can help, or make a donation to help collective members who are financially liable contact Dominic at [email protected]. xoxo, Laughing Horse Book and Film collective
