😊 Fingerless long gloves: made with thick yarn so they are extra warm for the crazy weather. Was thinking of adding a cable design or a peace sign to each. Chakra Challenege
So, I decided to create my own chakra challenge. For the next 7 weeks I will dedicate a week to a specific charka and will mediation only on that chakra , wear the specific color often, carry crystals for that chakra, yoga practices focused on that area, foods that aid in and keep a journal the entire time. I have never been so excited!
