Basic lore for the music box verse ya slightly need to know.

Note: there are.. if im correct.. alot of endings.

My blog will mostly focus on the good, true ending where mario helped mostly everyone out ans helped alice pass on.

This is my own personal spin on this. Alot of characters are different in some way, some i dont mention or whatnot. There will be 2parts. 1) characters 2) what happened in this timeline.

I will make this as simple as i can bc it is very confusing a smidge to me from canon.

WARNING for mentions of religion, death, burning alive and stuff like that.

CHARACTERS

Marchionne Evangelisti

Mario's ancestor, the older twin of Luciano and the ex-leader of Evangeline. He grew up in solitude, and was pretty much alone for a long time before meeting his brother and having a close relationship with him. They had to grow seperately but the two did truely care for eachother. He cared for for people who were close to him, like Riba who saved him from a witch before their falling out. His brother. And aurora.

He is a very religious man and believes in god, hating non believers, devil worshippers and witches. He did witch hunts but he wasn't merciless. He did save aurora and spared her life and hired her as a maid after she told him she didnt want to be a witch.

Luciano Evangelisti

He wasn't good at balance and sort out his priorities and it became his downfall. Making his relationship with his brother strained due to religion and the sepereation at birth. He sentenced his brother to death for witchcraft to save himself before getting betrayed by Riba and getting excuted.

He is a resurrecting witch, or a witch of rebirth amd basically used magic to try to make things right with his brother.

Luigis ancestor. The "bad omen" of the twins. He was given up to one of Mr. Evangelisti's servents and was exiled the maid. When he learned about being abandoned he didn't held angry or envy and cared a bunch for his brother. They had a close relationship but had to he careful since if Evangeline (the town) knew they were related, they would both be killed.

He had unfortunate life. He had a girlfriend who died, had a bastard child, The odds were always against him. He died by Marchionne burning him alive for "witchcraft".

Alice

One of the main antagonists in the game. She is Riba's second ex wife (killed the first one since she was obsessed with riba) and wants to kill riba for manipulating her into killing her own family for a ritual to make her immortal. She is a vengeful spirit that is trying to be in control of marios body.

Riba

Another main antagonist in the game. He does not care for anyone and gets sick pleasure in seeing others be hurt or harmed. He did love his first wife, Elizabeth a bunch and his children, though.

Aurora

Possibly princess peach ancestor, one of the survivors of the witch hunts Marchionne took part of. Ever since she was saved. She devoted herself to be his guardian. Shes kind, love strucken with Marchionne, smart and outgoing. She loved the Marchionne even if it was one sided.

Mario

The protagonist of the story. You will mostly play him out of everyone else. (You play as luigi a few times and riba twice? I think) He worries about his friends and family way more than himself and often prioritize him doing adventures alone then having his brother come along since he doesnt want him hurt. He goes into the mansion due to hearing rumors about whoever comes in cannot come out.

Luigi (One of my muses)

He always feel like he could be replaced, and is quite envious of his brother! He goes into the mansion to try to bring him back home. He does love his brother alot.

Lumi (Oc + a muse)

A strange being that Princess peach made the brothers watch over before later on, the brothers did actually considered her as a sibling. Shes a very childish and looks up to her brothers a lot to the point of mimicking how they act. She is seen as nontrust worthy by the toads and knows she is not fully trusted into the kingdom. She has thoughts that her brothers never fully liked her and has to watch her. Is closer to luigi due to the two being left alone while mario is out and about

Lillian lilac (oc + guest muse)

Lumi's ancestor, a witch of the stars and possibly a prophet who could have seen in the future a small bit.. She is a quiet, very to herself, type of woman. She would work at day at a small bakery and at night does witchcraft. Shes always been seen as the outcast but never really paid any mind to it. Her best customer was Luciano and she did truely care for the man and to some extent Marchionne. She knew they were related but never spoke about it. Pretending to be clueless.

She adviced Luciano to not tell Marchionne about the child and just run but he did not listen She was killed during a witch hunt since she realized Aurora was a witch and Marchionne was basically killing innocent people. She was burned with Luciano and she yelled about how much of a traitor Marchionne was till she eventually died.

Lumi, luigi, and mario made it out alive and mario did his promise to alice and made his siblings swore to never tell a soul about what happened.

The siblings start to get a better relationship with eachother and lumi and luigi goes out to their own adventures pretty often now!

Lumi pastina is an adopted sibling of mario and luigi and is seen as more childish than her brothers. She woke up in the kingdom with no memory of her life and was mario and luigi was tasked to watch her, of course later on they had a more sibling relationship and cared for her like another sibling.

She always felt like a burden to her brothers. I mean, they were tasked to watch her. What if they didn't like her or care about her and was lying to her? Besides, she knows some of the looks she gets from some toads. She knows she is seen differently than them.

She has a very close familiar relationship with luigi and has a familiar relationship with mario since mario usually left Lumi and Luigi behind during an adventure to protect them. Even if luigi and lumi had an odd relationship with their brother, they still loved their brother to pieces and will do anything to help him.

Mario one day left to go to a mansion since he heard rumors from Princess Peach and was very curious about what was going on. He told luigi about the rumors and teased him a bit due to his fear of ghosts. Lumi was asleep so she didn't know what was going on. He went into the mansion without informing anyone since he wanted everyone safe and went to learn what was going on.

Luigi left a little bit after since he was worried about his brother and Lumi woke up, alone, and tired but sees a note left from luigi saying he is going to a mansion where his brother was and that she should sit tight.

Of course the woman didn't listen! Why should she? Her brothers are out in a mansion and left her alone! So she changed her clothes and went out to the mansion as well.

She went in, trying to find her brothers, instead found visions of her brothers dead or dying, saw a memory of someone that looked like her, and was chased by some fucked up creature. She ran and ran before she tripped down the stairs and got knocked out.

When she woke up, she was dazed and felt a wound on her forehead. She slowly got up and went to look around again. She goes through the mansion, gets killed multiple times in different ways, finds luigi and mario, tries to get mario to snap out of it, stays with mario as luigi ran out, trying to knock some sense into him before getting into a verbal fight, lumi yelling at him for why he was being so fucking stupid and stubborn while mario was yelling at her that she wouldnt understand and she should go with luigi if he was stupid and how he never even cared about her.

It was just a violent yelling match, of course mario wasn't thinking when he said that and he did try to apologize but she just got quiet, turned her heel, and walked out. Not saying another word. She was tired of this. Luigi was right to leave. She wondered off, before getting hurt again, seeing more visions, getting lost, and saw luigi, but he seemed different.

Luigi seemed angry and wanted to hurt her for some reason that she didn't understand, she ran and hid before luigi went to go for mario instead. She already had thoughts that her brothers didnt like her. But now this? She went around to find a cliff. Maybe. Maybe it be better if she wasn't here. She went over to one, looked down, and was going to keep leaning so she coulf hit head first. But before she could do that, lumi was stopped by her ancestor, who basically told her everything in her past life. How mario was just like Marchionne.

So she also went to try to kill mario. Mario and Marchionne apologized to the two. Mario apologized to his siblings and Marchionne apologized to his brother and the witch as well. And basically all the ancestors made up while lumi was passed out and luigi left again.

Lumi hands were burnt and mario decided to find a bed for her to rest in. Later on mario was in trouble, lumi seemed to came out of no where and helped mario out, lumi apologized for what she said and forgives mario and then they find luigi, help almost everyone, mario also forgives alice and let her move on, luigi and lumi thought it was weird, but did know mario had a heart of gold

And they go home, mario burns the journal he had, mario did allow luigi and lumi to help more after that and they gain a healthier relationship!

I will drop a hc here and will say Lumi's past incarnation was very quiet, like being alone, smarter, more elegant, and wiser than Lumi. Always able to have a verbal fight and win most of the time. The only ones she couldn't beat was Marchionne and Riba. She doesnt beat around the bush and will say whats on her mind without a single ounce of guilt. She is also wayyy braver and stronger than her decendecent as well as didn't work for anything to get what she wanted or her status.

She was always dodged since her hair was a bright green. Which was very weird for the time being. Often being called the forest witch or nature lady. She didn't mind it, hell she loved it since people would not talk to her and dodge her like a hawk.

She was a very independent woman compared to lumi who NEEDS her brothers with her. The poor witch downfall was her hanging out with Luciano (Luigi's past incarnation) and was basically accused of brainwashijg him, when all she wanted to do was help him out, help the "bad omen" out. He deserved it! But was basically burned with Luciano and was wishing the worst for Marchionne.

Lumi on the other hand before and the start of the mansion shes loud, beats around the bush way too much, acts brave but is horrified, clumsy to the point her hair is cut short by a accident and got a bad scar on her neck, is more "childish" than her decendecent.
