Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner!

I’m back!! As some of you might have known, for the last few months I have been competing in @haydenthequeen’s The Sims Drag Race on Instagram, and I’m so excited to now be able to call myself the newest winner of that amazing franchise. As a tumblr queen, I had no idea that the Sims community on Instagram was as big and active as it is - and I really recommend every one of my followers to check it out! There’s so many great, innovative artists/queens on there, and competing in one of such races is such a fun experience! I’ve met so many people that I can now call my friends, and I’ve learned so much throughout the season! Right now though, I just want to give my ‘winners speech’ here on tumblr as well - and not have it be an Instagram exclusive; 

‘I’m completely overwhelmed and SO incredibly grateful to have been part of this amazing experience. I don’t mind saying it - this validation just feels so fucking good after years of trying to break through as a creator and artist on tumblr. This season has been so, SO exciting to play in, and I’ve learned so much from all the talented artists I’ve met on this platform. @haydenthequeen, I can’t thank you enough for reaching out to me on my small, obscure tumblr page and inviting me on this race! You’ve been an incredibly helpful and patient host, and I have the utmost respect for your ability to deal with all the inconveniences thrown at you during a competition like this. @granitechai, Lux, you have been amazing judges that have helped me grow so much as not only an artist - but actually as a person too. You guys’ excitement each and every episode has really kept this show going and it’s a huge reason for its success! My fellow S3 queens, you are fucking SICKENING - all of you! You’ve all pushed me to raise the bar for myself so much, and that’s such a great thing in competitions like these. I’ve gotten to know many of you as not only competitors, but also as true friends. It’s been such a fun journey and I couldnt’ve wished for funnier, more talented and nicer queens! Lastly, to the audience; thank you for always supporting this show and sending all of us queens love each week! As artists, it really means a lot to have your work be validated in such a way, honestly! I really hope to see some of you on a future season, and if so, I’ll always be here with open arms to give you guys advice and emotional support. (This very much counts for my tumblr followers as well!). Now, I might only be the winner for a couple of months - but I’ll ALWAYS be the actually winner (inside joke). Thank you!’
