Here's my new painting

Context:

My country, Iran, is at war right now.

And it's because of an old man

An old man with an apocalyptic nuclear dream.

A madman with a god complex,

And followers blinded by religion and power who are helping him achieve this dream...

This piece is that dream.

I first sketched it during the height of the Women, Life, Freedom movement,

but I didn’t have the courage to finish it then.

Now, rage, anger and hope pushed me to complete it.

Wishing for a better day for everyone, everywhere.

Beginning of the End

With a fatal wound and his hand drenched in his own blood, he knew this would be his final creation. And so, he created the Tree of Fate, a final act that marked the beginning of the end!

Happy Star Wars Day! I couldn’t finish this piece in time for May the 4th last year, but after a long journey, it’s finally done. This is my tribute to one of the best story arcs and most iconic characters in the Star Wars universe, Darth Maul. Hope you enjoy how it turned out, and I can’t wait for Maul: Shadow Lord! and may the force be with you all
