Sometimes. In the evening. I see my stairs. And I think if the time I thought I was gonna die because the Tiny thought it would be a great idea to JUMP for stairs away from me. Thank you Jesus I caught her without dislocating or breaking something. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂🤣 and other times. I miss the little voices calling down from the stairs. 🥺 “Tooommmmm. Aaanniikkaaa.” “Yeeess?” “I don’t want to go to sleep” We look at eachother like what does she think we’re going to do? Me: “Oh. Well. That’s ok if you don’t want to but you still have to” Silence for a minute. “Oh. Ok” *goes back to sleep* I miss them a lot this time of year. It’s around the time we first had them land here. Tiny and Little. Scared and frightened and no sleep. More @target #targetorderpickup shenanigans for your entertainment. Placed an order for gingerbread creamer (🥳) and milk for a latte. This morning. I got a notice 2 hours ago saying it’s ready. The dude comes to my car with the milk, and none of the 10 bags they charge you ahead of time for (yes they are refunded but that’s not the point) and says they are grabbing the creamer off the shelf because they couldn’t find it. “Can we leave the milk with you?” And I’m like sure it’s not gonna go bad while I wait no worries. We laugh, he leaves saying they’ll be right out with a bag in a couple minutes. Ok cool. No problem. Now I’m here 10 minutes later wondering: why y’all telling me my order is ready for pick up if it’s not ready? I wouldn’t have minded waiting at home doing things that need doing.
