Sakito explains his dramatic fall during the Tenka Saiboso live in 2024 at the Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall. That particular live pays homage to the one they held in the same venue in 2005! GIFs were made from Nightmare's special live stream event on Apr. 16, 2025, commemorating the Blu-ray DVD releases that include the 2005 and 2024 lives.

For additional context, that is Hiro of the now-disbanded Vkei band ν[NEU], who now owns the Dear Lily beauty salon. Here's what he said, roughly translated:
Upon Toshiya's invitation, I went to his personal exhibition. I was greatly inspired, and personally, it was the very definition of "beauty." Seeing such a beautiful person rejuvenated my cells. Bathing in this beauty, I will use the strength I received to do my best in the beauty industry.
Toshiya also visited his salon for the first time in September last year, and this is what he had to say, roughly translated:
Toshiya from DIR EN GREY visited us after the salon closed (to the general public)! Toshiya has been beautiful since I was a teenager — even now, he is still as beautiful as ever! I drained the waste from his décolletage to his back, massaged (TN: Lifted?) his face from the jaw to the crown of his head, and helped him become more beautiful! Providing beauty services for others is really fun. I'm glad I was able to help!
