let me tell you a secret I was a lazy person. this is not a secret the secret is that I am going to tell you right now. generally I wake up at morning 5 o'clock before 2 months ago but right now for some climate change reasons or some personal health reasons I started waking up at morning 9 o'clock and went to sleep at night 12 to 1 o'clock, it become a habit to me. I wanted to change it but I couldn't. well I got some good news and some bad news for this new habit. so I am going to tell you the bad news first. obviously my parents scolded me more than before but the good news is I started becoming more productive towards my work I started thinking more, & I started designing fast. before the design which I was doing in 40 minutes I started completed in just 20 minutes. and I found to know that the secret is my sleeping behaviour. so I would recommend you to get a good sleep in the night and sleep in a dark room generally switch off all the bulbs in the room and sleep at least for 8 hours and atmost 9 hours. trust me it would be very much beneficial for your personal and as well as professional life, thank you very much. . . #productivity #sleep https://www.instagram.com/p/CWnP8jjPyCi/?utm_medium=tumblr

We, the youth of this great country India should feel responsible, We are the future, We are powerful, modern, hi-tech, & innovative. We can't spoil our lives by consuming drugs like Alcohol and other illegal narcotic drugs. These spoil our health. The drug addiction is spreading fast among the youths and especially the teen age children of this country. The youth of this country are following the fake idols who appear on the small silver screen, they are not our hero, They can't determine our attitude and change our behaviour, If we want to follow a hero, Let's go back to history, We can choose the bravest of the brave heroes who helped to achieve freedom like Bhagat Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandra Sekhar Azad, Ashfaqulla Khan, and our ancient kings like Ashoka and Maharana Pratap... Or if we want to follow today's great heroes we can follow great world leaders, social activists, Nobel award winners, Great politicians, innovators and entrepreneurs... The list is long.
