There is a saying from my homeworld that could describe the universal situation at the moment, but unfortunately it does not translate into any other language correctly.

However, I can still describe what is happening.

The High Mind has taken another planet, their empire growing ever stronger. Various species have come together to start fighting, even mortal enemies. Everybody understands the danger the High Minds pose.

Before anybody asks, I will be keeping up my radio show. This war will not take me down.

My communications have been out of service for some time now, but The Knot is back up and running! There's only one thing to talk about now that my voice is back out there.

There have been reports of a High Mind ship being destroyed by unknown forces, and the casualties on each side are a few thousand to none.

You heard me right. A full High Mind destroyer was brought down by a mysterious group without losing a single member of their own. Not even one ship of their own was evacuated, everything survived on their side.

Do these people have the universe's best intentions at its core? Or is this a power play, are they just showing the rest of us how strong they are?

These questions remain to be seen. Worry not, I will keep you all in the weave of it.

I heard word of an up-and-coming cosmopilot recently. Unfortunately for all of you, I have not heard much.

There are passing, hushed words about a natural ace, with a knack for pulling off dangerous manoeuvres. Unimpressed? What if I said that they have been using black holes to assist with turning? Or, how about the most impressive thing about this new pilot. They are the second person in my lifetime to complete more than a single successful hop. And not just two. There has been universal talk about this person, from every corner. This is at least five successful wormhole dives now. Three more than the last.

I have recieved disturbing reports from some of my eyes across the systems. They say that the attacks throughout the Andromeda galaxy have finally been pinned.

The High Mind Empire. A relatively new empire in that corner of the galaxy, but very quickly making a name for themselves. Ever since the news of the Replicator Bomb went universal, many, many factions have told me to say that they are on their way to deal with the High Minds.

I have recently been made aware of some breaking news, and knew I absolutely must share with all of you, the attentive listeners of The Knot.

As many of my previous listeners may know, or people who live in that part of the universe may know, there have been some disturbing conflicts occurring across the Andromeda galaxy. Planets being bombarded from above, destruction nobody should have to witness, at least until some kind of surrender had been made. Multiple have been hit at this point.

The question on everybody's mind, is just who are these people? These people who are staking a rather huge claim for themselves, I hear you asking if I have the answers.

The truth is, I do not. No, that isn't what i'm talking about today.

Today, I regret to inform you all that a class C5 planet has been wiped clean. While there have been no confirmed reports from eyewitnesses, this has all but been proven to be a Replicator Bomb.

For those not in the know, this is not just a normal weapon. They have been banned for many years. This is certainly now a declaration of war against every other life in the universe.

I'd like to apologise for such a sour note, but breaking news is important. Back to the regularly scheduled broadcast.
