Amazing story about a footballer saving another player's life on the pitch. The video makes me so emotional. Also there is a long way still to go when it comes to racism in sports. It needs to stay news until FIFA etc do something about it.

Start with love
Trump's ban is plain racist and has absolutely nothing to do with fact. Please donate what you can, even £1 to any charity which is helping those affected by war or climate change or anti-women policies in their countries, lack of medical care etc etc.... It's easy to think our money can't make a difference but it does- clean water, a blanket, medication... I definitely feel helpless looking at the way things are going in the world at the moment, but I ask you all to join me ...in doing what you can, writing to MPs, donating, just to prove that there is good in the world. The women's march showed that there are so many people across the world that live for love and peace, and the fight back against Trump (and his administration) begins with us doing everything we can to prove the world isn't the scary, terrorist-filled hellscape they'd like everyone to believe. Because they rule by fear, and fear spreads easily. Let's not let it, let's show that we will fight (in whatever way we can) and that we are more badass than Trump & co. will ever be. *You may not be able to change the world, but you can change someone's world*. Every little helps, let's start making those small steps together... Sorry for the cheesy post but damn this guy is an asshole!!!

So the day has come when Obama is no longer the President of the US. But he is still around in spirit and even his new foundation which you can find more about at Obama.org.
The Obamas have been an exceptional family to look up to even from my place in the UK. They seem like genuinely good people and their message of hope is one I will always remember and want to carry with me in everything I do.
I will still look to the Obamas for inspiration, whether that be following them in their new adventures or looking back at their speeches. Obamas you may not be the first family anymore, but you are a first class family.

I know a lot of people don't like Lena Dunham for various reasons, but this episode is for anyone who wants to learn more about what it's like to get an abortion and why it's so important for women to have the right to get one safely and without judgement.
