So, I was scrolling through my previous posts yesterday and realized it's been since December since I posted a Wrap Up and Book of the Month. I know the past 2 months that I finally have started to pick my reading back up has bit a bit dry as far as how many I have read. 5/5🌟 I loved the history lesson. I'm a sucker for 1700s and 1800s novellas and historical books. I learned so much. Part of it I had learned before but there were many facts that I didn't know about certain events that took place. The only downside was that I would have liked to have know what the actual currency was in that era compared to today's currency instead of naming off what the approximate value would have been today. 4/5🌟 This was quite an interesting part of history. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the back and forth between her diaries. That extra info wasn't exactly necessary but it was still interesting enough. Most of it was word for word which was quite nice. I learned a lot about the struggles women went through in the 1700s during childbirth. As well as knowing that some things are still the same. (Which I won't go into detail, you will just have to read it for yourself to realize what I'm referring to.) 💟💟Book Review💟💟 Finished this one this morning. 3/5⭐ The story was interesting but I couldn't hold my attention span much. It was based off of the Lieutenants journal which consisted mostly of just shooting down planes. It had some great info about the planes theirselves if you are a plane enthusiast. Most of the information for me just went through one ear and out the other because I obviously don't retain that kind of info. Otherwise, I enjoyed his personal account through his journal which most I assume don't keep journals and it's hard to get the most accurate story of what really happened.
