My husband may not be perfect, but he has looked all over town for a pride bracelet for him to wear, and when we couldn't find one, I offered to make him a pride friendship bracelet, and he's super excited about it.

We don't have anyone close to us that's lgbtq+ (that we know of) but he started working in a kindergarten this year, and he absolutely loves it, and the kids adore him and look up to him, so I think he wants to be a good role model for them. And also just to make lgbtq+ people feel safe around him.

Haven't seen or spoken to my sister since my dad's funeral four years ago, and haven't seen my nephew and niece since late 2019 when they moved to Spain.

Suddenly they pop up here in town out of freaking nowhere... just the three of them and luckily NOT her idiotic transphobic "fiancé". I haven't talked to my sister yet, but I ran into my nephew who is now 16 years old 🥰 thank heavens he's signed up to go to school this winter and is going to stay here in town with his brother (who ran away from his mother's bullshit years ago)

But apparently... the two kids who were 10 and 8 when they moved out of the country 6 years ago haven't gone to school since then! I don't even know how to comprehend all this... I am just in shock with everything that's happened in the last 48 hours 😵‍💫
