Not much people know about the place since its location isn’t easily found, so the restaurant is rarely ever full. 
AM/PM Brunch Bar Café is the place you’re looking for if you want to have a “chillnuman” kind of night.

Tip: 
Just like any other bar or club out there, once the clock strikes 12:30 AM, the place is bound to be packed already, so expect to feel hot and uncomfortable around that time. If you want to take a breather, just go down, out of Frank & Dean, and you will find the stairs leading to Anytime Fitness located just beside the restaurant waiting for you. 
Or you can just stand outside, and watch whatever fight is currently happening. Just remember to keep a safe distance from the scene, if there is any.

The servers were rude and seemed confused most of the time. The food was bland although the milkshake was good. But other than the milkshake and the neon lights, I have no reason to come back.
