Railey es un lugar mágico dentro de Tailandia, una playa tan tan bonita que encuentras la paz por el mero hecho de estar allí.

Tuve la suerte de pasar un par de días allí allá por 2014 y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Las puestas de sol son como ninguna otra y tomé esta foto el primer día que pasamos allí.

Railey is a magical place within Thailand, a beach so so beautiful you find peace by the mere fact of being there.

I had the luck to spend a couple of days there back in 2014 and was an unforgetable experience. Sunsets there are quite like no other and I took this photo  the first day we spend there.

En Navidad, multitud de turistas se paran frente a la Casa Batlló en Barcelona tratando de obtener la mejor foto del edificio, pintado de rojo gracias a un sistema de luz.

Creo que poca gente se fija en ese momento en los árboles que están en frente del edificio, que bañados también en luz roja son aún más impresionantes.

I realized the trees seating in front of the building were even more impressive, as they gathered this red light onto its canopies.

Paseando por el Estadio Olímpico de Barcelona en un día de invierno, estaba jugando con mi cámara sin tener una idea clara de a qué disparar. Entré en el estadio, creo que es la primera vez que lo hacía y después de mirar durante un rato al terreno de juego me di cuenta de los contrastes que estaba creando el techo enorme de las gradas y pensé que había encontrado una foto.

Walking around the Olympic Stadium of Barcelona on a winter day I was playing with my camera with no clear idea of what to shoot at. And then I realized the contrasts this huge roof was creating and I thought I had found a photo.

Glaciar Jökulsárlón

Creo que hay dos cosas que hacen del glaciar Jökulsárlón un autentico espectáculo: una es la inmensidad del glaciar. La otra es el color del hielo, de un azul tan intenso que parece pintado con oleo sobre el paisaje.

I think there are two things that make the Jökulsárlón glacier such an special place: one is the immensity of the glacier. The other one is the color of ice, of a blue so intense that it seems oil painted on the landscape.

El lunes pasado nos despertamos en el Hotel Gerđi, un pequeño hotel a pocos kilómetros del glaciar Jökulsárlón. Después de dos días de lluvias y niebla, la mañana se levantó limpia y después del desayuno salimos disparados hacia el glaciar para contemplarlo desde la orilla de la laguna que forma el glaciar en su encuentro con el mar.

La lengua de hielo que forma, una de las muchas que sobresalen entre los picos de las montañas cercanas, es tan inmensa que ocupa gran parte del horizonte, haciendo de esta imagen una de las más espectaculares que he visto en mi vida.

Last Monday we woke up at the Hotel Gerđi, a small hotel a few kilometers East from the Jökulsárlón glacier. After two days of rain and fog, the morning showed free of rain and after breakfast we shot out towards the glacier to contemplate it from the shore of the lagoon that forms the glacier when it reaches the sea.

The ice tongue that forms, one of the many that stand out among the peaks of the nearby mountains, is so immense that it covers a large part of the horizon, making this view one of the most spectacular I have ever seen in my life.
