OMG. This story has it all. Fake marriages! Slow burn! ALL THE PINING IN THE WORLD! Wee baby Vulcan children! I loved it all so much. So long, so amazing.

The Moon's Gonna Follow Me Home

Derek doesn’t want to call the window repair guy. He doesn’t want to sweep up the glass. He’ll inevitably miss a few shards and pull them out of the bottom of his bare feet for weeks.

He doesn’t want to try to make this place feel like home when it isn’t.

Derek stayed in Beacon Hills and tried to make it work because he wanted pack, wanted purpose. He gave his best effort and found himself back where he started: alone, with a few begrudging allies. He’s tired, and even though his werewolf body heals quickly, he feels the weary ache down to his center.

He packs his car with the few things he cares about enough to drag them from place to place. He locks the loft and calls a realtor about listing the building he’d bought in a misguided attempt to secure a future.

And then he leaves.

I have so many emotions about Derek getting proper therapy and living a good life where only nice things happen. What a good story this is! And also Stiles dealing with the trauma of the Nogistune and whatnot and I justtttttt...

Not overtly fluffy, since there is much discussion about Derek and Stiles and their history and trauma, but it’s fluffy in the sense that nothing bad happens and everyone gets a little better. Recovery is happening! 

Also has magical Stiles, sassy librarians and helpful witches. <3 <3

How to be a Superhero

“Am I sacked?”

M doesn’t bother answering James’ attempt at humor but instead continues in his point. “Since your return from the Skyfall operation, which was over a year ago I might add, you have not taken one day of leave, no holiday of which I'm aware. You haven’t rested the requisite 48 hour period between mission and report.”

James takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly.

“You are not a young man,” M says plainly. “Everyone, even James Bond, needs time to let wounds heal, both physical and mental. Pushing yourself is going to get you or someone else killed eventually.”

“So not another mission then?” James asks and moves to stand.

Or, James Bond is forced to take a few days off, runs into Q at a kebab shop, starts playing World of Warcraft, and takes a trip to Witney to meet Q's family (for reasons of national security, of course).

What a DELIGHTFUL fluffy piece of fluffy nerdy fluff. James is bored, and feeling out of touch with the younger crowd, so after a comment from Q decided to see what World of Warcraft is all about. (Look! Two of my loves colliding!) Then M forces him to take a vacation, so what is he to do but embrace in long lost inner nerd. (And probably also Q.)

A little bit of your taste (in my mouth)

Coffee Shop AU. In which Clint owns the coffee shop that makes the best damn coffee Phil has ever tasted, and things only go downhill from there.

This was an adorable au. Clint and Coulson pine for eachother, Darcy flirts with Steve, Bucky flirts with Darcy, it’s a coffee shop au (!!), Coulson is his competent self, everything is goodness and joy. I loved Darcy and Clint in this one, they make excellent friends (the sass!). I loved the all the cameos, especially Steve’s. So nice!

Looking for Heaven

It is a business arrangement, nothing more. But as time goes on and circumstances arise, Tony begins to learn that keeping his heart away from his husband is easier said than done.

*the happiest of sighs* This was so great. I basically screeched my feelings about this to a friend as I was reading it, I love it! Fake marriages, PINING, so many ignored emotions - a couple of morons deeply in love with each other and one eternally signing Jarvis. <3 <3

Don't be alarmed if I fall head over feet

"That little shit," Jasper snarls, throwing himself in the seat across from Phil in the mess hall, glasses slightly askew and eyes sporting that look Phil has come to associate with a certain specialist recently collected into SHIELD's fold.

Ahhhhh this was great! A long story about Clint and Coulson meeting each other, meeting Natasha, pretending they don’t have feelings, and one or the other almost dying dramatically. An excellent slow build relationship where everyone has issues and no one wants to deal with emotions. <3

Keep to the Stars

My take on a modern-day character in Thedas. Some major canon divergences as well as minor alterations in some characters and situations. Tags (including relationship tags) will be evolving as the story progresses, to avoid spoilers. Themes to include: separation, death, denial, mental illness, free will, survivor's guilt, anachronism, alternate universes, time travel, and oh my god this sounds dark.

Ok wow. I only started reading this because it was coming highly recommended by another author I really love, and I was so NOT disappointed! I rarely read original character stories, but I really really REALLY like this one. I love the characters, the way the canon characters are written, the humor, the slow build, the way the “modern-day” was portrayed, the magic, Andraste, just all of it. So long and so well done.

Garden Variety

In which Stiles Stilinski attempts to finish his first draft of his new novel while being utterly distracted by the shenanigans happening next door - which generally involve his hot new neighbour engaging in physical labour. Whether it's a hoe, a trowel, a hammer or a nail gun, watching Derek get dirty and sweaty is a thousand times more interesting than meeting a deadline.

Stiles has a crush and a dog, Derek has baggage and a little girl, and together, they just might make it work.

This was just an adorable piece of fluff. So cute! Everyone is pining and oblivious, just the way I like it.

4 Minute Window

"Look, if they catch me," Bucky muttered, "they're either going to kill me or they're going to put me in a box with a little window and—Steve, I can't."

Bucky wants to help Steve disappear - leave behind all the publicity and security and lack of privacy forever. Now if only the rest of the world would co-operate! 

I have so many good feelings about this fic. I think Natasha is actually my favourite character in this one - watching her trying to protect Steven from Bucky, to realizing what’s going on is really great. 

This entire series is so wonderful, highly recommend!

I've measured out my life with coffee spoons

In which Q opens a cafe across the street from MI6 headquarters, and James Bond is intrigued. (only semi-AU)

I really do love this story. Q opens a coffee shop that becomes an instant hit with those at M16, and James becomes a little bit smitten. In the mean time, James seems to have extraordinary luck all of a sudden on his missions - does he have someone helping him in the background? 

I love that the coffee shop is named Q - it’s such a nice nod to the whole quartermaster bit without seeming out of place. A really nice AU!

My only complaint about this story is that it isn’t long enough!! Krem and Harding are SUCH a cute couple - I love it so much. I just love how everyone is trying to set them up, and all the awkward flirting <3 <3 So cute!

Steve tells him that Darcy's harmless. Bucky imagines, on paper, Darcy is harmless. HYDRA wouldn't give her a second glance. But he does. He can barely keep his eyes off her. He's not sure he wants to.

Oh Darcy. I love her character and ship her with basically everyone. This time it’s Bucky’s turn! 

I love his voice in this one - he’s still a little broken, but then in comes Darcy and she helps him find himself again.

regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all

After an argument with her mother about her unplanned pregnancy, Clarke Griffin ends up back in the small town where her father used to live, spilling her sob story to a sympathetic bartender. And then, somehow, she ends up moving in with the bartender and her brother.

I actually really love Bellamy/Clarke stories, despite never watching the show, or even having a desire too. I love their dynamic so I read every AU I can get my hands on! Who are about canon when there are coffee shops and college aus everywhere.

This fic is neither of those, but it’s one of my favourite stories. Just such a happy story, I’ve read it so many times!

Ordinary Numbers

More than anything, Mike Taylor wanted to be ordinary. Being a genius, he learned early in life, meant people expected too much. A career at the MI6 Help Desk seemed the perfect way to guarantee a lifetime of obscurity, until he got a very unusual tech support call.

Ah, I love this one! I love reading about how Mike and James’ relationship grows, from friendship into maybe something else. I love how the action is written too, from all the build up scenes to the final action climax. I adored all the pop culture references (and that James made almost all of them!) I loved watching Mike grow too, from just wanting to be nothing other than tech support, into Q.

A Blossoming Romance

Stiles will just have to try harder next time. No one can ignore him forever.

Oh man, this was an adorable fluff piece. ADORABLE. I LOVE the original characters, grumpy Derek (who doesn’t love grumpy Derek??) and really just everything. Don’t forget to read the sequel!
