A refined slick design! The animated one was specifically to look good from chest up, so this one is a bit different but it follows the same idea. Second pic has notes, third is flat color, fourth is lineart, and last is the sketch! Any questions are welcome, I love to talk about character designs or even just head cannons!!!

Resisting arrest should not be a crime it's just human nature to attempt to resist when someone tries to detain or handcuff you. Even if you are actually guilty of the crime you're being arrested for. Just my thoughts #mythoughts
