Hello!

To make up for my absence, I'll be dropping another piece of CC in a while.

I haven't forgotten about my story, guys! I swear! I've been working on Chapter 1, and I've also taken screenshots for someone's engagement. I've also been working on the custom wedding venue for said someone's wedding (downloaded a bunch of new CC and decided to redo the church). It's just that I'm neck deep in work these days, I'm really finding it hard to do all that and post new content. :(

To make things worse, my little nephew played with my phone and now literally over 10,000++ emails that have accumulated through the years are now in my spam folder and I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO UNDO IT. If you have any ideas, please let me know! I am desperate. 😭 LOL!

Sigh.

ANYA WELCOMES TARTOSA'S "MATCHMAKER" CROWN PRINCESS GIANNA AND HUSBAND

We have visiting royals in town, and it looks like our very own Crown Princess Anya is playing tour guide!

Earlier today, Crown Princess Gianna and her husband, Prince Armando, landed here in Brindleton. Their visit is in line with their work involving families and family care. The Tartosan future Queen is patron of the Tartosa Family Care Trust, and is working hand-in-hand with Brindleton's Family First Organisation, where our own future Queen Anya also serves as patron.

Speaking of families, Crown Princess Gianna, who is well into her second trimester, proudly flaunted her growing baby bump! The couple is expecting their first child later this year, who will be second in line to Tartosa's throne. Crown Princess Gianna and her husband wed in a beautiful ceremony a couple of years back - and Crown Princess Anya was there to celebrate their union.

The two Crown Princesses have reportedly become a lot closer through the years, ever since Anya's first official visit to Tartosa a while ago. The two hit it off, and have remained in contact since. In fact, sources claim that Anya credits Gianna for her role in reuniting her with Gus. A well-placed insider shares:

"It was Gianna who first suggested that Anya look into some properties in Tartosa, and it was also Gianna who recommended a certain contractor to help with the restoration and repairs of the villa she eventually bought. Gianna, of course, had no idea that Gus and Anya had a past - she was just really impressed with the work he did in one of her properties - but fate has a funny way of working out eventually.

It's become a bit of a running joke between the two Crown Princesses that the Gianna is actually Anya's fairy godmother and matchmaker."

For today's engagement, all three royals looked great - Crown Princess Gianna looked beautiful in a teal dress-and-jacket number from Brindleton designer Katharine Sitt. Her Royal Highness completed her look with dark tights, block-heeled pumps, and a matching teal hat. Prince Armando, meanwhile, paid homage to Brindleton in his blue suit.

Crown Princess Anya, as always, showed up looking picture perfect and pretty in pink. HRH wore a pink lace dress, sheer tights, nude pumps, and floral pink fascinator.

It's so lovely to see these two (royal) friends reunite, and we're so, so glad that Crown Princess Gianna inadvertently played matchmaker for Anya and Gus! HRH should consider opening a matchmaking service! We'll for sure be the first in line!

'SHE WOULD'VE BEEN QUEEN' - ELEANORE SURFACES FOLLOWING FATHER-IN-LAW'S DEATH

Eleanore was spotted for the first time after the death of her father-in-law, the late King Phillip of Al-Simhara.

The Countess was seen with her daughter, Lady Ella, during a shopping trip in town. The former Princess looked comfy and warm in her monochromatic look which included a §600 sweater dress from Draap's latest collection. Brindleton is currently experiencing a bizarre drop in temperature especially up north, where the Harvelles are now based.

Ibrahim, meanwhile, was visibly absent. The former Crown Prince has managed to stay out of the limelight following reports claiming that he was denied entry into Al-Simhara. The ex-royal flew to his home country hoping to pay his respects to his estranged father. Multiple sources claim that it was the late King's will to never see him again:

"The King felt so disappointed, hurt, and betrayed by Ibrahim. He expected a lot from him, but his actions were just unforgivable for His Late Majesty. He himself ordered Ibrahim's banishment. Ibrahim, for his part, tried multiple times to reconnect, but was repeatedly shot down. He even asked that he be able to introduce his daughter to his father and his family, even via a video call, but was again denied. The King wanted nothing to do with Ibrahim and his family. As far as King Phillip was concerned, Ibrahim is no longer a member of his family. He also despised Eleanore and blames her for everything."

However, despite the late King's strong feelings against the Harvelles, Crown Princess Anastasia was present at his memorial service as Brindleton's representative, and a statement was even released by the Al-Simharan court, welcoming HRH. An insider reveals:

"The King may have seemed 'cruel' to some, but he was a fair man. It was never against Brindleton and its Royal Family. His anger was limited to Eleanore and Ibrahim. Given his history with Brindleton and his once-fiancée Queen Emilia, whom the King once referred to as his 'greatest love' and 'the one that got away,' it's no surprise that Brindleton Royals will always be welcome in Al-Simhara.

People were also quick to remark how both Eleanore and Ibrahim fumbled, considering if things worked out as they planned, they would be King and Queen of Al-Simhara now. One article points out:

"Had Ibrahim and Eleanore played their cards right, things would be vastly different for the two now. They wouldn't be playing house in some rural Brindleton village, they'd be sitting on the Al-Simharan thrones at the Grand Palace. Instead of their pity titles of 'count' and 'countess,' they'd be Their Majesties, The King and Queen. Their daughter would not be a lowly 'lady' - she'd be a proper Princess. Alas, due to their stupid schemes and lies, these two losers fumbled hard, and are now facing the consequences of their actions."

They may not be King and Queen, but it looks like they're happy and content living their life as mum and dad to little Ella. Hopefully the Harvelles, especially Ibrahim, is coping well with the loss of his father.

ANYA IN AL-SIMHARA

The Crown Princess attended the state memorial service for the late King Phillip of Al-Simhara.

Her Royal Highness arrived early in the morning via one of the royal jets. The overseas engagement is considered an official trip.

HRH's trip has been the subject of much controversy, with some urging Anya to skip the occasion altogether to avoid visiting "enemy territory" in support of her sister, Eleanore, and her brother-in-law, Ibrahim.

Despite the ruckus, Anya appears to have received a warm welcome in Al-Simhara, and even met with new King Hakim, the Queen Mother, and Princess Raya.

The Crown Princess was joined by other royals and heads-of-state from other countries, including PM Khari Chegeya who also happens to be married to Anya's first cousin, Olivia. The trio was spotted going down the famed steps of the Al-Simhara Royal Gardens.

Some of the other royals in attendance were the King and Queen of Selvadorada, The Queen of Sulani, The Queen and Prince Consort of Rennaux, Queen Estafania of Tartosa who was accompanied by her younger son, Prince Javier, and The Queen of Arendahl.

For her trip to the oil-rich kingdom, The Crown Princess went with an all-black ensemble consisting of a military-style coat dress and a wide brimmed hat. HRH kept her accessories at a minimum opting for a pair of pearl cluster earrings.

Anya is expected to return home later this evening, in time to face tomorrow's jam-packed schedule.

IBRAHIM DENIED ENTRY INTO AL-SIMHARA; ANYA TO REPRESENT BRINDLETON

Reports from both Al-Simhara and Brindleton confirm that Ibrahim, the late King Phillip's eldest son and former heir was denied entry into the country.

Ibrahim reportedly flew using a close friend's private jet immediately after he found out about his father's passing. A source reveals:

"He just dropped to his knees and cried. What's really sad is no one from the family contacted him. He learned that his father died on TV. He couldn't even confirm things with his siblings, his family, because no one took his calls. After he composed himself, he asked to borrow a good friend's jet so he could fly to Al-Simhara to pay respects to his dad. When the plane landed, however, he was turned away, and was denied entry to the country.

The 'ban' has to do with the fact that he was officially banished by his father for relinquishing his titles and later, for marrying Eleanore. Besides, Ibrahim now holds Brindleton citizenship, and since he did not have a valid visa or travel documents, he was denied entry. He asked to speak to his little brother, the new King, but his request was firmly shot down. He was forced to fly back to Brindletonn, more dejected, more depressed than he already was."

Prior to all the drama surrounding his abdication, Ibrahim had a very good relationship with his father. The late King often referred to him as his "good son." It was also no secret that Ibrahim was his favourite child:

"He was very much King Phillip's favourite. His Majesty recognised that he would be a good King and would continue the legacy of the Al-Simharan Royal Family. But with how things unfolded, there was just no going back, especially for Ibrahim."

It was confirmed via an official statement that the late King died earlier this week from a freak motorcycle incident. The King, an avid motorcycle collector, enjoyed riding his 'toys' whenever he had free time. Over the weekend, he reportedly rode one of his dirt bikes along a trail at a nature park. However, the King lost control of his motorcycle and fell off a ravine.

The King's unexpected passing has sent Al-Simhara into a month-long period of mourning, headed by its new King, 18-year old King Hakim. A state funeral will take place next week, and heads of state from all over the world are expected to attend. It has been reported that Crown Princess Anastasia will be representing Brindleton for the state occasion.

The Crown Princess' supposed attendance has already caused quite a stir, with a lot wondering if a Brindleton representative is welcomed in Al-Simhara considering the mess caused by Eleanore and Ibrahim's relationship. The furor was loud enough that even Al-Simhara was cornered into issuing an official statement:

"Al-Simhara is known for its world-class warmth and hospitality. In true Al-Simharan fashion, our doors are always open to visiting members of the Brindleton Royal Family. We are happy to welcome Crown Princess Anastasia as she pays tribute to our beloved late King."

Despite the statement, many are convinced that Anya should not attend for the sake of her sister and her brother-in-law who have been treated poorly by the Al-Simharan royal family. However, it being a state occasion - with diplomatic implications -does Anya actually even have a say in it?

BREAKING: AL-SIMHARA'S KING PHILLIP IS DEAD

Sad news comes from Al-Simhara this morning, as multiple reports confirm the passing of King Phillip.

The late King's death was later officially announced via a statement from the Al-Simharan Royal Court, which read:

"It is with great sorrow and grief that we announce the passing of our beloved King Phillip. His Majesty is survived by his wife, The Queen, and his children, Crown Prince Hakim, Prince Malik, Prince Ybarra, and Princesses Raya, Malia, and Salma."

King Phillip, of course, is the father of former Crown Prince Ibrahim, now the Earl of Harvelle. Interesting to note that the ex-royal was omitted from the official announcement. Perhaps this has to do with the massive falling out between the two, caused by scandals surrounding Ibrahim's first engagement, as well as his eventual abdication as Crown Prince.

The late King's connection to Brindleton does not end there. He was once engaged to marry our very own Queen Emilia - back when she was Crown Princess - causing a constitutional crisis. Being both heirs to their respective thrones, one of them had to abdicate. For months, it was rumoured that Crown Princess Emilia would step down to marry Phillip, however, following an exposé that revealed the latter's infidelity, their engagement was called off.

The King's cause of death has not been made public. Further, details of His Late Majesty's state funeral will be released in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Brindleton sources reveal that Ibrahim has reportedly flown to Al-Simhara earlier today to pay respects to his late father.

BREAKING: HE'S MET THE PARENTS! GUS AND ANYA SEEN LEAVING PALACE TOGETHER!

This is not a drill. We repeat, this is not a drill!

Gus and Anya were seen leaving the Palace together after having dinner with The Queen and Prince Jacques!

Our well-placed source confirms that Gus was invited by both The Queen and Prince Jacques to a quiet dinner at the Palace:

"Anya often hosts her parents and her siblings at her home in Agneaux House, but with Prince Jacques still recuperating, they had to reschedule. It was then that The Queen and the Prince instead offered to host the dinner at home - the Palace - with strict instructions to bring Gus along."

This perhaps explains the new hairdo and look for Gus - after all, when one is personally invited by The Queen, one doesn't show up in muddy boots and a man bun! Maybe the flowers weren't for Anya! Maybe they were for Her Majesty - after all, lilies are her favourite! "Lily" even happens to be her nickname! If so, that's just very cute and sweet of Gus! Looks like someone was trying to win some points!

Our source further shares:

"It was a no frills dinner, a family thing. The Queen even cooked her signature dish: roast rack of lamb with garlic and herbs. It was very casual, very intimate. Of course, poor Gus was probably sweating bullets.

But I have it on good authority that things went along swimmingly. It wasn't an interrogation or anything sinister - they just wanted to meet Gus and get to know the man who has won Anya's heart. He's not a total stranger to the Family - there's history there - but years have passed, and I'm sure everyone wanted to catch up."

If Anya and Gus' smiles are any indication, things really seem to have gone well over dinner!

Gus is the first boyfriend Anya has "brought home" in a very public manner. Although it was reported back then that she has introduced some of her exes to her parents, we never really had any photographic evidence of such introductions - until now.

Now that Gus has officially met Anya's parents, what exactly does this mean for the couple? A royal expert reveals:

"It's a very serious thing, this outing. It's saying that Gus and Anya's relationship is solid enough that introductions have been made, and that Gus has been welcomed in to the inner circle of the royals. I think the fact that we have photos of it is very special. We've read reports about how Ingrid's boyfriend has gone through the same 'welcoming committee,' but they were often second hand accounts. But this - we have proof that he has, indeed, met the parents."

The lovebirds drove back to Anya's house, with Gus behind the wheel of his luxury sports car. Anya's security detail was right behind them in a heavily-tinted SUV. A few hours later, Gus was seen leaving Agneaux House - solo, this time - before heading off towards the Business District, where he is reportedly staying. Rumours circulated earlier this week that he closed a deal on a penthouse unit in the city, to help make his visits in Brindleton much easier.

He's cut his hair, met her parents, and even purchased real property for Anya. At this point, we guess it's safe to say that there's nothing he won't do make his Princess happy!
